This hotel is fine if you’re really just looking for a place to crash, but it has kind of a creepy vibe. The staff were all nice enough, but there was hair in my sink and shower (and no shower curtain, which is kind of weird) and overall things were pretty old and dingy. Plus, the hallways are really dark, and in the middle of the night I was woken up by loud pounding on the ceiling of my room. There’s also no shuttle directly to or from the airport, although you can walk over to the Embassy Suites and use theirs. Unless you’re really desperate to save some money, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I booked this hotel through Expedia last minute, after a flight delay in PHL required an overnight stay. On Expedia, several room types were showing as available, and I booked one of them. When I got to the hotel, however, I was told that they were overbooked and had no rooms available. There was no offer of help to find another hotel or anything else. It was after midnight at that point and took me another 30 minutes to find an alternate hotel with availability and another 20 after that to get there. Not ideal, since I had to be back at the airport early that morning. Expedia and Extended Stay can do better.

The front house person was so nice. The place was dirty. The hallway carpets were dirty. Also, the first room we had it had a leak on the floor. Second room had no remote for the tv but when we got one it was dirty and didn’t have the back on it. Barely work the tv that is. The place needs a good deep clean. From the hallway to the rooms. The staff was excellent. They were very sweet. Sorry but won’t stay there again until it’s cleaned up.

The sheets and towels were clean, but that was it. There was dirt and goo on the floors, the counters hadn't been wiped down before we arrived, chair and rugs were stained. We luckily had chlorox wipes with us, and we left it better than we found it.
