«Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. »

«When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money»

«The property is very colorful and well decorated but it wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling and badly stained sheets and towels. They had a strong chemical smell so they had been washed. We had to ask for cups and towels for the room. The front desk was helpful and brought them to us.»

«Valueable and nice hotel. A bit difficult to find for taxidriver, because of change of name on the street. You don`t find Polett Walk on the GPS. Breakfast is included. The hotel is safe located on the University campus, but outside the campus I would not be walking late in the night. Short way to the Metro which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. I would stay there again.»
