Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . I couldnt take a shower after my wife showered because only hot water was coming. So I came back home after one whole day at the hotel. No breakfast, ...

«We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn.»

«DO NOT STAY HERE!! The facility was unattended in the early evening with a man armed with a rifle with scope wandering in and out of the adjacent woods, often within 15 feet of our window. A call to the front desk was sent to voicemail. We left our room key and a note at the desk, fled the grounds, and notified the local police. «A/C was loud, always kicking on and off, curtains will not fully close so light was always coming into the room, Staff was helpful, but was never found, you have to call the office number to get a hold of them because they are also managing and cleaning the Red Roof Inn. «Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping.»
