LUX - Infinity pool Villa with Sea Views and a Beach with 10-15 minutes walk.

This beautiful old stone villa was designed and renovated by the Austrian Star Architect Herman Czech.

Sitting in the beautiful hamlet of Skocidjevojka - Rezevici. It is both private as well as giving easy access to nice seaside towns such as Budva, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan which are 10-15 minutes by car.

The highlights of the house include the beautiful sea view infinity pool area, the luxurious garden surrounding the house, the many outside and inside seating areas such as the upstairs seaview terrace and the fact that there is a beach with a beach bar just 10-15 minutes away by foot.

Outside:
Find yourself in a beautiful shaded garden surrounding the house. The upstairs terrace has a view of the mountain and the sea, where you can also take a drink in the evening. Hang back or swim laps in the infinity pool. The pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas and will comfortably fit a group of 10 people ( There are only 2 Sunbeds in the photos - we have since bought more ) There is also a poolside bench and table to enjoy lunch or drinks in the evening.
There are two dining tables( fitting 10 people) on the terrace close to the kitchen to enjoy meals.

Inside:
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. There is a games room with a projector for movie nights. And a living room where one can watch TV or rest when the sun is hot.
The house has stone walls and floors and the upstairs bedrooms have parquet wooden floors.
All rooms have their own features with beautiful fun antique lamps and charming designs and materials throughout the house.

The house has 5 bedrooms on 3 floors.

All bathrooms are made of classical marble.

Cleaning of the house and pool is included in the price 5 days a week. Please let us know if you do not wish to have this.

Close by:
Walk to Rezevici beach within 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. There is a little path through the forest.
The closest mini supermarket is 3 minutes drive away in the Village of Rezevici.
There are several beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minutes drive. Sveti Stefan, Perazica Do, Petrovac -Lustica, Kamenova and many more. Ada Bojana is 1.5 hours away by car with kilometres of sandy beach.
Petrovac within a 10 minutes drive, supermarkets, a daily market with fresh fruits and vegetables and many seafront restaurants and bars
Budva is a 15-20 minute drive. Many large supermarkets and daily fruit, vegetable and fish markets. There is an old walled city with tons of restaurants and bars. This place is known for its nightlife.
Other points of interest. Take a boat trip to Skadar lake. Visit the beautiful bay towns of Kotor, Perast and Tivat. Visit the beautiful nature parks in Durmitor, Boigradska Gora. Or take the cable car and hike to the Lovcen Masuleum.
Montenegro also has Marinas, sailing, jet skiing and many fun activities.
