"At first, I considered giving the hotel two stars, but that did not feel entirely fair. So here is a more complete review of the hotel.
Pros: Very good value for money. You really do get a lot for what you pay. I noticed when I was considering to book this hotel, that several people mentioned in their reviews the hotel being far outside the city centre. This is not really an issue. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance of several bus stops, with buses going both to the city centre and the airport. It is close to the SPICE shopping centre with shops, cafés, and restaurants. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Cons: The hotel is located near a main road, so depending on which side of the hotel your room is on, there can be quite a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately, my room was on the second floor, directly above the restaurant. There is an open layout leading up to the second floor, almost like an open balcony or corridor, so you can hear a lot of noise from the restaurant below in addition to the traffic outside. I am not sure whether there was a special event taking place while I was there, but the hotel was fully booked. The noise until 3 a.m. was absolutely awful.
Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. The hotel is affordable, clean, and in a good location. However, next time I would definitely request a room away from the restaurant and preferably not on the second floor."
