Hoteller nær Peter's Creek Heritage Preserve

«Afternoon staff was great morning staff needed improvement.»

«The bed was very comfortable! Slept like a rock. The room was very cleanThe bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom, which I always hate. The breakfast had a little pancake maker and a yogurt machine. There were eggs and bacon. The eggs were cold though. Lots of juice options, toast and bagels. Would recommend»

«slightly noisy near the highway but overall good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel, thanks .»

«Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic!»

«Loved the triple sheeted bed, plenty of towels, extra area of seating. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and waffles, and a good cup of coffee available to 9pm. Thanks!»

«Very clean rooms and very friendly staff»

«The hotel was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.»

«The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay»

«Professional and polite staff, the grounds were well maintained, ample useful and attractive all while being well located for my purposes.»

«The staff was very helpful providing information about Spartanberg as it was our first trip to the area. Breakfast at the hotel provided good choices. The room was clean.»

«Room was clean, check in is done on a kiosk with a web cam. They will charge you a refundable deposit of $100 when you check in. Breakfast is cereal, toast, waffles and coffee. No juice so if you have kids bring your own to breakfast.»

«our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms.»
