The vacation home is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location above the picturesque village of Pescia, nestled in the middle of an olive grove surrounded by chestnut and pine forests, with a magnificent view of Pescia and the rolling hills across the way. Sun, palm trees, cypresses, olive trees, herbs, and fragrant flowers right outside the front door complete the quintessential Tuscan way of life.

You enter the apartment via the ground-floor terrace. It consists of a living room, a charming, bright kitchen, a double bedroom, and an originally designed bathroom with a shower. An outdoor staircase provides access to the studio space on the first floor. It is a beautiful, atmospherically rich studio space, adorned with paintings and sculptures by the host.

From this room, you have the most beautiful view of the hill range across the way and the small village of Uzzano with its church.
In the garden, a traditional stone basin fed by the property’s own spring water invites you to relax amid lavender and wonderfully fragrant flowers, surrounded by insects and butterflies.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature in wonderful silence under the most beautiful starry sky.

You can go hiking, explore the area, or simply relax and enjoy a delicious “gelato” in Piazza Mazzini in Pescia!

Upon your special request, you’ll be treated to a delicious meal of your choice—whether fish- or meat-based.
