The House Near the Beach is situated at 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Is fully renovated one bedroom ground floor apartment with private entrance. Is situated in a Complex of individual semidetached houses called MERIKA 2, inhabited by locals or tourists. Is built around a central green courtyard . The Ηouse is suitable for families and friends and for those who work ONLINE we have an excellent connection 204Mbps FREE WiFi at any season of the year.

The house is comprised from a main Beautiful Bedroom , An open Living room with the Kitchen, Bathroom with the washing machine, GATED PRIVATE Back yard veranda with a table, chairs, sun umbrella, big plastic warehouse which you will find lots of equipment’s for the sea and for kids games for the beach etc and a beautiful PRIVATE Garden with a table, 4 chairs, Gas Grill BBQ, extra outdoor shower etc. We offer unlimited FREE WiFi 204Mbps, 2 bicycles and 1 bicycle for kid of 2 or 3 years old).
The Bedroom:
Bedroom offers a large comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm), split unit A/C, Wardrobe, an Ironing Board and iron , One electric heater for the winter, hairdryier, mirror etc. We offer a baby bed (baby playpen) after your request.
The Bathroom:
The Bathroom offers: shower , a lavatory(w.c) , sink with mirror, basic toiletries, towels(body, face,hands), a washing machine – laundry detergents , first aid box and some other details.
The Living Room with an open Kitchen:
The living room is equipped with split unit A/C , NETFLIX TV, FREE WIFI 204 Mbps, double sofa bed and single sofa bed. One electric heater for the winter.
