«A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. »

«The property was great, very comfortable for a family of 4. The area is lovely too - we went for a walk in the evening by the river and stopped by the Tayview pub for a drink with the locals. Great experience. Also, location is great. Only 20 minutes away from Perth, and easy drive to St. Andrews.»

«The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!»

«We had a lovely stay in Larch Cottage for 3 nights in April 2025. The cottage is comfortable with a great bed and wet room shower. There are lots of super walks in the area including rivers, waterfalls and mountains. I'd highly recommend.»

«Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ.»

«This was our first time staying in this area and I’m so glad we did! The lodge is beautiful, situated overlooking a wee loch and hills. It was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite, handy when there are a few of you. The lovely part is the patio doors that lead out to the veranda from both the main bedroom (beautiful view to wake up to!) and the large kitchen/diner, so you have this amazing landscape right in front of you. «House was clean and comfortable and just off the main street. Quiet and easy to get about. Towels could maybe be renewed as one had a hole at the hem edge and both were quite thin. Apart from that, everything was great.»
