«Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the ...

«Meget koselig hotell. Topp frokost med valg av det du ønsket. Ferdiglaget fra kjøkkenet, alt absolutt helt ferskt. Greie rom, mitt litt lit bad. Trekker litt ned med bratt «vindeltrapp», og smal, til 3. Etasje uten heis. Flott liten landsby! Tore k»

«We booked for a long weekend in December and had a lovely break. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from welcoming us at reception to chatting at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. We had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food, not to mention the attentive service. The hotel grounds are outstanding , with the River Tay running through. We will be back. »

«We stayed for two days, and loved every minute! The hotel is beautiful! The location is very good, with only a few minutes to walk to the shopping street and restaurants, railway station etc. The rom was clean, and we slept like babies in the comfy bed. An excellent breakfast in a lovely decorated breakfast area and very helpful staff. The owner is a gem, and both he and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Will definately go back!»

«The hotel was magical. Its not easy to find If you do not have a car. However, When you get there it is magical. Its Nice and relaxing. There is one drawback however. If you have to stay connected on the net/phone, the signals there are not good. My phone was out of service most of my stay, and the wifi is not the best. The room we stayed in was magical and big»

«Un hôtel particulier raffiné tenu par un couple adorable et accueillant. Tout est beau, typique de la classe britannique. La maison est spacieuse, cosy, la chambre magnifique. Tout est préparé avec soin. Le jardin est très mignon. L'hôtel est bien placé, près de plusieurs restaurants. Parking pratique privé. Petit déjeuner délicieux, typique écossais avec des produits de qualité, tellement bien cuisiné. Petit coup de coeur pour leurs deux chats magnifiques et accueillants. Une adresse à garder. ...

«Nydelig plassert i et frodig og stort område. Vi hadde en super tre soveroms lodge som kan anbefales. Frokosten var skuffende. Eggerøren var nydelig de to første morgenene, etter dette var den som en tynn og klumpete grøt. Veldig kjedelig. Utvalget var dårlig, og vi savnet kaldt kjøttpålegg og ikke minst ost. Gode croissants og fint med pannekaker for barna. Hadde aldri betalt for frokost igjen om dette er standarden. Vi bodde 5 netter, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Renholdet var fantastisk.»
