You`re moments from the sand, with the Halls Head district center nearby for shops, cafés, and dining, plus the Mandurah Country Club close at hand. A short drive takes you to the Mandurah foreshore, with waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping, and the region`s famous dolphin-watching cruises. Swim, boat, fish, explore the canals, or simply relax at home with the water as your backdrop.

Guest Portal & Online Check-in: Once your booking is confirmed, you`ll receive a link within your confirmation message to complete the online check-in. You’ll be required to:

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:

No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.

Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.

Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
