As you walk into the apartment you will notice how large light and airy it is. Your eye is drawn to the expansive Balcony where you can sit and relax and watch the people shop and enjoy the cafes below.
There is a seperate toilet and hand basin just off the main hallway.

Kitchen
You then reach the massive Chefs kitchen with granite bench tops and all the modern quality conveniences.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed. Just off the living area is a second sleeping space with a double bed, separated by glass folding doors and curtains to provide privacy when needed. This area is not a traditional fully enclosed bedroom, making the layout parti a comfortable king bed *

Living Area
Beautiful Oak floorboards are throughout the apartment. A largeblack leather sofa is perfect for lounging around. Flatscreen TV and Stereo System for your entertainment are provided.

Dining Area
Large table that seats 6 people comfortably.

Bathroom
Just off the main bedroom is the large bathroom. Has a toilet, large walk in shower recess, beautiful full sized bath tub and TWO vanity sinks.
This is where the European laundry is also. Containing a front loading washing machine and dryer and ironing facilities.
