Very cool and modern
Very modern hotel, and large Club room with wonderful view. Not too many perks with the club room (no morning newspaper, no complimentary pressing, no afternoon tea, little bathroom amenities (no toothbrush..)), but Nespresso coffee machine and bottled water. The room was very cool, and for the same reason it didn’t pushed the button for “a home way from home” feeling. On the other hand, if you enjoy a slim and strict design, you will probably love it. The Club lounge is nice, and from 5 to 7 you can have canapés and help yourself with beer, wine (good sparkling, red and white) and spirits. The spread of food is generous, with good quality, but not outstanding. A final note – I got the feeling of a somewhat too large hotel. Travelling (a lot) alone I try to enjoy some small-talk with the staff, especially during the cocktail-hours in the lounge, but it didn't seem to be something that was the usual thing to do here. No big deal, of course, and after all the hotel staff are not supposed to be nannys for the guests :-) Management was quick, and very attentive to feedback given. Overall a great hotel, but nevertheless I checked out after one night and moved back to my previous hotel (with a smaller, but more cosy room, and staff with big welcome-back-smiles, and greeting me by my name when I returned).

部屋は広く、ビューも良かったが、洗面の排水の流れが悪かった。またトイレの床も尿が垂れている後がたくさんあり、便器のフタにも跳ねてるのに拭き取りされていない。クリーニングのレベルが5星と思えないほどひどい。TVリモコンの電池が何故か入ってなく、それに対しての対応が非常に遅かった。

別のホテルからの移動で朝11時に着いたが、既に部屋は準備されていてスムーズにチェックインできて助かった。後でレセプションに行ったら、ウェルカムドリンク（シャンパン）が置いてあり素晴らしいサービスだなと驚いた。 お部屋は広くて清潔。ベッド2台がピッタリくっつけられたので、家族4人で寝るのに便利だった。シャワーのみだったが問題なし。20階で部屋からの眺めが良くて最高！昼も夜も綺麗な景色だった。大きなテーブルと椅子2脚があり、テイクアウトしたご飯を食べるのに便利だった。 中心地からも近いが落ち着いたエリアにあり便利。ロビーへの道が坂道だったのでスーツケースを持って登るのに苦労したが、少し先にエレベーターがあり裏から入れることを後から知った。 ロビーやラウンジ、お部屋全て高級感があり、お値段に納得。 帰りが深夜便だったので、チェックアウト後夜まで荷物を預かってもらえた。 サービスもよく、またぜひ泊まりたいホテル。

Great hotel, very comfortable. Pool would be better if it showed a view. Being on the deck serves little purpose now as plants are blocking the entire view. Also, it's better to add some chairs when busy.

Amazing stay, beautiful room with a beautiful view. Had to swap room cause there was no bath tub as listed on Expedia.. but the staff fixed that issue super quick . Only thing is you can't order snack and cocktails by the pool, that would make the difference with the other big hotels around. Very friendly staff and tasty food options

Pool area poorly supervised. Not enough sunbeds, residents allowed to leave towels lying on beds even after vacating area, adding to restricted capacity as these beds remained unused. Also tenants thoughtless with rubbish disposal, detracting from attraction of the area.

Check-in process was inefficient. We checked in around 2pm, early check-in was not available, though the agent did say there were rooms “almost ready” and that she would call us as soon as our room was ready. After no call from the front desk, and multiple checks with them, we finally got our room at 3:30pm (check in is supposed to be 3pm) - if we had not followed up, not sure when we would have got our room!! We then waited over an hour for our luggage, and it was only delivered after a follow up call. The hotel’s excuse was that they had groups checking in??? Groups arriving are generally not a surprise and the hotel should have been better prepared and not sacrificed service to other paying guests - extremely disappointing and was not a good start to our stay at all!!

Check-in was prompt and efficient … we were offered early check-in (10am) with sign up to Marriott’s reward program - greatly appreciated! Luggage was brought up promptly, good breakfast buffet. Quiet area around the hotel, several restaurants within walking distance (5-10 minute walk) and shopping in the pedestrian mall.

Due to property maintenance and booking errors on Westin system not being correct with the itinerary was moved into 4 different rooms before one was suitable and able to be used. because an error with rooms issue with water connection not being connected to bath it took four hours for me and my family to be settled into a room that we could shower and go to dinner. Not impressed with check in and easy access to rooms. The brows are amazing and everything else was fantastic.

For the price they charged, staff service can improve tremendously. Housekeeping placed toilet brush next to our toothbrushes and I have 2 young kids with me. Towel and bedsheets were stained. They compensated with one breakfast and late check out. 5 days after I checked out, Westin charged my card for minibar item when I am not even physically in Perth anymore. Still awaiting their explanation why they charged my card after check out.

We had a lovely stay, which started with a fantastic check-in experience. We were offered a choice of rooms, given a glass of champagne and made to feel very special. The room was lovely and the service throughout our stay was second to none. Would love to return as soon as we can!

The Westin Perth set amongst the historical buildings in the east-CBD ticks all the boxes; walking distance to the central shopping area, the Swan River and the Red CAT bus has nearby stops for free transport in and around the city precinct and beyond. Staff very helpful, breakfast was fabulous at Garum and nearby restaurants (Picada for sensational tapas) didn’t disappoint. Thank you..!

Horrible, unfriendly service
Hotel was expected from a Westin, however, the service was deplorable. Check-in process was a nightmare - slow, 3x staff unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I'd seriously consider staying at Westin again due to that abhorrent service.
