The main living, dining and kitchen area opens directly to the canal-facing deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space for meals, entertaining and simply watching life on the water.
With three separate living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Adults can enjoy the waterfront deck while children or teenagers make use of the separate entertainment zone with pool table, lounge and TV.

Guest numbers
The home accommodates up to 14 guests.
Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. Additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 8, so please ensure the correct number of guests is included when booking.

For maximum comfort, the home is particularly well suited to families and groups who value multiple living areas and flexible sleeping arrangements.

Natural environment
As a canal-front home, you may occasionally notice insects or other elements of the natural environment during your stay. This is normal for waterfront living.

Starter supplies
A starter supply of household essentials is provided for your arrival. Additional supplies can be purchased locally if required.

Security and guest verification
Guests complete a brief ID verification before arrival. A security pre-authorisation is also required and will be released after departure once the property has been checked.

Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval for a fee

This is a residential waterfront neighbourhood and we ask guests to enjoy the home responsibly and be considerate of neighbours.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Please ensure the number of guests and any approved pets are correctly included in the booking.
