The property is located within a secure gated complex with access to a heated communal swimming pool.

You'll have private access to the upper residential levels, including the kitchen, living and dining areas, both balconies, the upstairs sitting area, both ensuite bedrooms, and the laundry, plus the heated communal pool.

The ground-floor area is separately leased and isn't part of your stay.

The main living level opens onto a modern kitchen with stone benchtops, gas cooktop and dishwasher, flowing into a bright dining and living area with access to two balconies looking out to the ocean. Reliable wifi throughout makes it easy to stay connected if you need to get some work done during your stay.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in robe and an ensuite with a corner spa bath — a genuine retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom, with two bunk beds and its own ensuite, gives you flexible extra space for visiting family, older kids, or friends travelling with you.

A separate upstairs sitting area offers a quiet spot to unwind, and ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. A private laundry with washing machine and dryer is also included.

Outside, guests have access to the complex's heated communal pool, and one secure parking space is provided in the shared garage.

The property is conveniently positioned for exploring Mandurah by car or on foot.

Cafés, restaurants, the foreshore, cinema and theatre are all within easy reach, while Silver Sands Beach is also nearby.

Mandurah Train Station provides rail connections to Perth, while local bus and taxi services are also available throughout the area.

If you plan to explore more of Mandurah and the wider Peel region, having a car will provide the greatest flexibility for visiting beaches, waterways and surrounding attractions.

To make check-in smooth, we ask that you complete ID verification and the refundable damage deposit through Safeguest at least 24 hours before arrival — details are sent after booking, and check-in instructions are released once these are complete. Bookings need to be made under the name of the guest staying, though we're happy to welcome company bookings too.

We run a firm cancellation policy, so we'd recommend travel insurance for extra peace of mind.

Parking:
Kindly park in the right-hand garage space allocated to your booking. The left-hand garage space is reserved for the neighbouring tenant.
