The hotel itself is lovely and staff friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of party central so quite rowdy and noisy. We stayed in a high floor room and could still faintly hear music from nightclubs through the walls so I wouldn’t suggest you stay in a lower floor if you like to go to sleep early.

First time I stayed at Double Trees Hilton and I’m very happy with everything, especially when I have to check in I can check in use by Hotel Apps and I have a choices which floor, I can request if I need anything to add, staff very friendly, When I need to know about parking I’m just contacted/asked by chat and they gave me th link for parking the car, I have no problem with Park the car. I will coming back again. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We ended up in a room that had a joining door to the room next door. We were not informed of this at check in. Unfortunately we had very inconsiderate neighbours who despite being spoken to by security twice kept us up half the night. Nice hotel, very central location and great staff but avoid the rooms with adjoining doors if able. I feel if we were in a different room that type of noise would not have bothered us.

Not meeting 4 star standards
Maybe it used to be fourstar but not any longer. Got a smaller room than booked and had to complain and wait. Cold food at the breakfast and had to ask twice to get warm food!! Neglected pool area, dirty and unattended. Closed poolbar. Limited hours for the pool. Staff don't want to be bothered. Book another hotel if you want a fourstar, this hotel is not. Can't recommend it at all.

While the property offered a positive experience overall, the ambient noise from nearby bars and restaurants affected the tranquility within my room in the night. The accommodating staff and well-maintained facilities were commendable, but the addition of soundproof windows would greatly enhance the overall stay by minimizing disturbances from the lively surroundings.

A perfect place for a staycation. The rooms were modern and bright. Shower’s could be scrubbed a little better in the corners and on the grout in the shower but that the only thing wrong. Staff were so kind and polite. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of choice. Pool was good.
