Fresh and nice! Bar and restaurant closes to early (9PM) and there should be a sofa ir recliner in the rooms instead of a small table with wooden chairs - but the rooms are big and the bathrooms are new and very nice. Friendly staff!

Great location and apart from needing to move rooms upon check-in (due to stale smell of cigarette smoke in room), was a great stay! Would have been nice to have some sun lounges around the pool, however understand that there is very limited space to work with.

Excellent stay; 5 Stars. Hotel is very clean and well maintained with very courteous professional staff throughout. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet hotel on upper floors. Restaurant/breakfast was excellent with many options. Area amenities were within easy walking distance. Would stay again for sure.

Wunderschönes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Perth war der ideale Ausgangspunkt unserer Kurz-Reise durch Australien und das Hotel einfach perfekt! Optimale Lage (zu Fuss alles schnell erreichbar, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe). Die Zimmer gross, sauber, verschiedene TV Sender auf dem grosszügigen Bildschirm, modern, schallisolierte Fenster. Der Pool war klein aber fein. Gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel, daher können wir dies nicht bewerten. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sicher wieder, falls wir mal wieder in West-Australien sind :-)!

The staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The property was extremely clean, new and modern, but still very warm with beautiful artwork and lovely furnishings. The shower was amazing nice and big, good water pressure and two heads. Thank you so much for the stay, we will definitely be coming back.

The artworks of Adante that are throughout the property are amazing. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a twin as I was travelling with my sister this was big enough for the two of us with good city views. Neat, clean rooms. The beds were comfy. The pool area was nice. Didn't eat there, however did have a few drinks in the restaurant/ pool area before heading out. Fairly central to CBD only a short walk to Northbridge. Public transport is pretty much straight out the door. I would stay here again.

Very well presented property. Very good experience. Though the only disappointment was there was no free water provided by the hotel each day. They just wanted you to fill the water from the bathroom tap. I think like tea & coffee (which is provided) a bottle of water should also be provided each day.

Bad customer service but great hotel
The hotel on its own is great, comfortable and clean and good location. The customer service is non existent, the refrigerator in my room stopped working overnight which resulted in me losing all the groceries I put in there to cover me for Christmas and Boxing Day. Had to throw it all away as it was no longer safe to eat due to the refrigerator not working. They did replace the refrigerator, but zero reimbursement for the groceries I lost. Not even a complimentary bar drink voucher. When you book a hotel you expect the fridge to at least work. So zero stars for customer service.

The hotel was lovely, room was nice and large size. Parking super close and art work is amazing in and around the hotel. The housekeeping was a let down - no service one day as they did not come around until 2-3pm. This was the same the next day even when a request had been put in to service when the room was empty for 3 hours in the morning. Parking was not charged correctly but was refunded once reception was made aware. Resturant area is beautiful.

Hotel was clean and modern, however it was impossible to contact reception from inside or outside the hotel via phone. Continually rang out. Staff were very friendly at all times.

Convenient to lots of shopping and dining options and all Perth transport options. The art and story behind it is amazing. Nice small pool. Breakfast buffet is in a cheerful quiet location and a good value. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
