There are bus stops located within walking distance plus an Uber/taxi drop-off point outside main reception. Contactless car hire is available within the local area.
It is 30 mins to the airport (depending on traffic) and a great base to travel to the Perth CBD, the port city of Fremantle, Swan Valley, Hillarys Marina, Swan Valley, local wildlife parks or to travel further afield to the south-west of WA.
Other Things to Note: Please note the minimum stay for holiday accommodation at Observation Rise is generally 5 nights but a longer minimum stay may apply for some properties over peak periods including holidays and the festive season.

This was the perfect place to base ourselves for our Perth getaway. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you need to stay and enjoy Perth. The location was perfect - 2 min walk to the beach and short drive to Perth, Fremantle and airport. I highly recommend this apartment for your next holiday.

disappointing part is when people leave trolleys in the lift , also water marks from the pool. There should be a side access to allow people to walk directly to the beach. The views were excellant and unit was very clean that stay was perfect for us all. Just the little things mentioned could be fixed. Would come back for sure. Thank you.
For us, the apartment was perfect, from the moment we checked in and parked the car, everything was as we'd hoped. The amenities in the apartment were excellent, a lot better than other properties we've rented in the past and the location was ideal for our needs.

If only the Scarborough nightlife would learn that cars usually have mufflers for a reason but the apartment did have good noise insulation
Property was perfect for family of 5. Spacious and great facilities. Location is amazing but can be noisey some times with local night life. The check in process was fine, just a little tricky to find carpark location and how to best get from car to apartment and out of complex again when on foot. Apartment was mostly clean but the fabric couch was very stained. We would definitely stay here again because of the convenience and the size of the apartment.
We loved our stay here, and having access to the indoor pool, spa and sauna was a huge bonus. We were made up of two couples, so each couple had their own bathroom, which was really nice, but the mattress was just too hard. While that is literally my only negative, its quite a big one for comfort and a good nights sleep.
We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure.

Stunning views, excellent location. We had an amazing week
The check-in process was excellent.
Rebecca performed a thorough induction on the available facilities, property amenities and the location.
Property was perfectly positioned for access to the beach, bars and cafes.
I recommend this property.
We needed a place to stay that was convenient to Warwick stadium but also had good passive recreational infrastructure for those times when we were not watching basketball. We also needed accommodation that had a full kitchen. Observation Rise ticked all of these boxes with a nice view of the ocean break as well.
For me, the location on Scarborough beach suited my requirements. I got to go for jogs in the morning, play tennis in the afternoon and then have a swim to relax. The Coles is 500m down the road. It can get a bit noisy with the hoons around Scarborough late in evenings.
Would rent again, stayed for ten days and enjoyed location, only problem was the Reno’s going on above us but that can’t be helped I guess, beds could be bigger as we are both over 6ft but overall was impressed
