Located on a quiet street, this beautiful light and warmth home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with European cook top & Oven, enclosed laundry. This home has 2 living areas with one being a theatre room the other is open planned with the kitchen with a stunning travertine marble dining table. Fully enclosed backyard with freshly layed grass for the kids to run on. High ceilings in living rm.

Whiteman Park - A large conservation and recreation area with walking trails, cycle paths, playgrounds, cafes, and picnic spots. Conservation Wetland Park - A park in Brabham featuring nature-based play equipment like slides, balance beams, and a cubby house.
