Beautiful Barn Conversion - Orchard Escape for 12

We welcome you to stay in our stunning 4-bedroom and 2-bedroom barn conversions, set in the heart of this incredible fruit farm for a truly unique stay! As you walk through the door, your breath will be instantly taken away by the awe of the space and large floor to ceiling windows show off the local landscape so you can really escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life!

Our two attached barns have both been tastefully decorated and both offer large modern kitchens perfect for entertaining and there is even underfloor heating throughout the whole home, to help you get out of bed in the morning!

In the 4-bedroom home, Orchard Barn, there is a large dining area where you can all come together for a lovely dinner or breakfast and a separate sitting area for snuggling up and catching a movie at the end of a long day exploring. We also have 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms - 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

In our adjoined 2-bedroom home, Discovery Barn, we have a gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room and a utility room, complete with washer and dryer too! Upstairs are a further two bedrooms (a King and a double), both offering stunning views over the Apple Orchard behind the barn. In this home, we have a stunning family bathroom, complete with bath and upright shower.

Outside you have a private paved patio with garden furniture and BBQ for those special evening sunsets!

Our unique retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to escape to the serene countryside!

We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
