Hotel is very clean and nice! Big king bed big tv with netflix so you're not stuck with cable, there's also a small fridge, and a big table. Breakfast is available for $18 per person and parking garage for $15 a day. Plus side of this is theres a walkway that connects it to the civic center! Easy access if you're attending events! Marriot Bonvoy hotels does not disappoint!

Generally average. Good situation in you need to access the Civic Center. I wish the hotel was more upfront on their parking situation and how to access it. There’s street parking and a garage. Hotel patrons have unlimited in and out access but will have to pay $15 upon checking out. It was a bit annoying that I had to ask around about this. This information should be easily accessible.

Upon arrival at the Hotel, check-in per Expedia was at 3pm in which we arrived at 315pm, the hotel informed us that check-in is at 4pm. We were also told that there were no rooms available due to high number of check-outs that day. The excuse was due to not having linens for all of the rooms with no real time frame of when they would be ready. After waiting an additional 3 hours, the manager had to go to the room to "clean" so that we could get checked in. Once we got into the room, we found several areas that were not cleaned to a Marriot Standard. The TV's in the room were terribly slow and for the most part didn't even work. There was a restaurant on site but $18 for a continental breakfast we quite ridiculous, considering that they offering were no different than what you would get for a free one at any other hotel. For the price paid for a suite, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros; Rooms were pretty spacious, beds were comfy, staff was super friendly and the place is pretty looking. Cons; Cleaniness, our bed sheets had coffee (atleast hoping it was coffee) stains on them, shower curtain was half stained yellow. The pool provided didn't seem well maintained as there was trash there from the morning when I first checked it out in the AM then try to swim in the evening. There was also lots of chunks of hair throughout the sides of the pool. The hot tub was cautioned taped off. I wish there was more options in the room for coffee and tea that was provided instead of only one paper cup and one K cup of coffee. While trying to sleep I unfortunately could hear the other people in their rooms and everyone in the hallway. Otherwise, the bar was kept pretty clean. The restaurant was unfortunately closed that was connected to the hotel.

Hotel was very nice! Rooms are pretty, comfortable and spacious. The fitness room and bar area are convenient as well. The parking garage is a little confusing and depending on where you park, it may take a bit to get to the actual hotel. Would definitely stay again though!

For the price you pay, I was expecting more. Was not safe for teenage girls walking around this place with homeless people coming in! There needs to be a better system to be able to get through the front door!! Maybe enforce the need to use room key to get in? The parking garage was confusing as the ticket dispenser was broke and we didn’t know how to get into garage so had to go back to the main lobby. Also confusing how to get into lobby from parking garage. There needs to be clearer instructions.

Hotel was just ok. Front desk staff helpful. For the price of the room, breakfast should have been included rather than charging $20 for a buffet breakfast. Room could use some maintenance. Door to the cabinet with the refrigerator had a broken hinge, so that we had to lift and move the refrigerator to close it. There was no luggage rack, so I guess they’re ok with suitcases being put right onto the linens. Also, shower curtain was so short that water splashed everywhere, and we had to wipe it up or risk slipping. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We had to ask for a trash can. When they made up the room on the day after we checked in, all they did was “make” the bed. And by this I mean pull up the quilt and put the pillows on top. When getting ready for bed that night, we saw that the sheets were down towards the bottom as is we had just gotten out of bed. They did not make the bed….they just pulled the quilt up so it looked as if they did. Also did nothing else….no bathroom or other cleaning….not even emptying the trash. I expect more from Marriott.

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the room and how easily we could get to the civic center for our Get the Led Out concert. The only thing that was confusing was check in. Two hotels in one kind of thing but can only check in at one desk for each hotel although they seem like one hotel. Anyways that was resolved. The parking was a little confusing but we got out in the morning with no problems. Again very clean hotel and room. Definitely will be back!!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although the shower did not drain at all and caused it to leak onto the bathroom floor. When I alerted the staff they were aware of this occurring and said maintenance would come. We left prior to them showing up.

We had to switch rooms because the air didn’t work & then it didn’t work in our new room either. Very nice hotel, but this ruined our experience.

Best hotel in Peoria
Great staff. Awesome location if you’re attending the Civic center. We went to a concert and never had to walk outside, safe for young women having fun. Parking ramp was also connected and easy to use and find. We will stay again.
