Maison Serene of Peace 02 is designed to accommodate work space, relaxation, and comfort. The Kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to prepare your meals including a microwave, dishes for serving more than 6, glasses, cups, bowls....how about your morning coffee to start your day and get you going - yes there is a coffee maker to brew your own coffee either in a single serving or full cups.

Closet and chest of drawers, night stand along with lamps in each room, ceiling and portable fans to keep you comfortable.
The front door has a keyless entry locked with special access code uniquely coded to each guest, the codes are only communicated to the guests once a booking is confirmed.

The entire house was renovated and located in a quiet area with a wooded backyard, where you can watch family of deer comes out of the wood, a beautiful scene to enjoy. Close to many amenities - shopping centers, mall, restaurants, groceries, drug stores and so on....
Each room including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, is beautifully decorated with care to make you feel like home. Comfortable sofa, seats, and beds awaiting for you to relax after a long day working.
High speed internet/WIFI, 50 inches Smart HD TV to come home to connect to your accounts and watch your favorite shows. Whether you want to cook a quick or gourmet meal don't worry the kitchen is well equipped....Not to forget about the newly spacious backyard patio and deck to relax and have your own morning brewed coffee or dinner.....

The long driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles per side, parking arrangements can be discussed prior to booking as we want to be a great neighbor to our neighbors and respect each other. If you have commercial type of vehicles, semi trucks, or small bus please inquire about parking availability prior to booking to see if we can accommodate your needs.
The guest who booked the space has to be present during the stay, in case others will be occupying the space other than the guest please notify us in advance of the change in guests. Taxi or Uber are also available in Peoria should you choose to explore the city without your car
A lease will be required and signed for the time of your stay, prior to check in, as well as the deposit and first month rent paid.

Guests have access to the entire house and premises, included the front porch and the backyard/outdoor space with a deck and outdoor furniture.
