Things to Know
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo.

Unfortunately not as expected

Pull out sofa was not clean ,had stains , so unfortunately we did not sit or relax in the living room area and enjoy the oceanview patio. Had to stay in the back bedroom with no view.. Not our money's worth.Unit was not as clean as it should have been : baseboards dirty ,needs caulking and trim paint , grout lines in floor tiles could use steam cleaning or ,bleaching.

Disappointed in Perdido

The property was nice overall however the room was disappointing. There were several issues with the rokm with a damaged shower, a hole in the ceiling, some mold around air vents, and the biggest problem was an air conditioner that did not work. The entire condo would not get below 78 and the bedroom was about 10 degrees hotter. We contacted the property manager immediately but received no service until almost 5 pm the next day and they could not fix it. We were told to."just tough it out" so we had to move mattresses into the living room and open the balcony door to be able to rest comfortably . The manager called us and finally got a service tech but he came late in the afternoon and got it working but changed a setting and it failed again so we had no air the entire stay and the property managers did not seem concerned. I want a refund. The beach was beautiful and the weather was greeat so the entire trip was not bad, just the a/c problem made night time rough.

Poorly maintained

The property shows it age. As we unpacked the closet door fell off. There are raised tiles in the hall. A hole in the ceiling.Missing lightbulbs. The giant curtain rod fell when we moved the curtain.Exhaust fans screeched unbearably . No reply from property manager when contacted. It was low price and low quality so I guess “you get what you pay for.”

November Stay

The property is dated, but clean. It will sleep 6 due to the bunk beds and couch that turns into bed. It was comfortable for two people. The internet is horrible and the TV kept buffing. The view is awesome. There are a few things that should be updated, but it worked for us.

No issues and it was better than I expected for the price

The condo was clean and very impressive. I’m so glad we chose this spot. It was close to everything we needed. I have and will continue to recommend this place to family and friends!

Nice overall

The property could’ve been cleaner. The cleaning staff needs to be a little more thorough. Would’ve been nice to have some household staples like salt and pepper, trash bags, and ziplocks. available because unlike most people traveling to Perdido Key we flew in so we couldn’t pack those items. The parking garage is TINY. Overall the condo was nice and the view was next to none! Definitely would stay here again if the listing was cleaner.

Perfect for us

Was exactly what I expected, it was clean and quiet. The elevators were really fast. We had plenty of towels and other linen. Loved the comfy chairs on the balcony. This unit could have used an ice maker. We had a great stay and may come again.

Location snd unit just as described

I had a problem . When I came up from the beach there was a work man in my unit! I was not informed about this! He was not nice and it was scary. The unit has a passcode that ALL people with VACASA have. Also, there is NO interior lock to lock at night: meaning no deadbolt or even chain! There is no safe box, so I would not bring any valuables because anyone working with VACASA can enter your property on a universal entry code. I would also not leave a teenager in the unit alone for the same reason.

Check in and cleanliness

Location was great. The email for the check in did not give the correct elevator code. The elevators were messing up. No one could help on the phone. I messaged the owner....no response. The room is located on the 15th floor, the elevator stops at 13. We had only half of the code needed, but eventually figured it out with some help from another condo owner. We finally got in the room and settled around 8 pm. The bedroom and bathrooms reeked of urine! It was so horrible. We sprayed and sprayed, kept the doors closed, and slept in the living room bc you could still smell it in the hall where the bunks were. I messaged the owner again...no response to this day! Our stay was almost two weeks ago. The scenery, beautiful. The condo was as well, but the issues made for a miserable visit. I ended up booking another night at a hotel just to have time to do things, even though we were supposed to leave the next day. There's no excuse for what happened, nor is there one for never responding to two different messages. The condo should have never been rented out in the state it was left in.

Vacation 2021

Overall we were pleased with the condo. There is a hole in the living room wall that was there when we checked in. The instructions for the elevator said that we were on ph1 and we were actually on ph2. The beds were all clean and made but it was not a thorough cleaning throughout. Floors needed to be swept and food crumbs all over furniture. None of this will keep us from returning. Just thought you should be aware.

Great weekend stay for 2

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Perdido Key at this resort. The 1 bedroom condo is large enough for 2 and I would say a max of 4 people. The chairs have been updated and are very comfortable. My favorite feature is the patio doors that open to the living room. My husband and I would sit on the patio or couch and enjoy the incredible oceanfront view. Very nice pool that was never crowded during our stay. There is a beach service for chairs but most guests brought their own set-up. Will return in the future.
