Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes. Walk up to the front porch and this apartment has an electronic lock on the front door. The access code will be sent within 24 prior to the stay.

Welcome to our charming East Hill apartment in Pensacola! You'll start by parking in the convenient driveway located to the left of the home. As you walk up to the inviting front porch, you'll feel right at home.

Step inside and enter the cozy living room, where you'll find a comfortable seating area and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

To the right of the living room, you'll find the spacious bedroom. This serene retreat features a luxurious king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bedroom also includes its own TV, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows in bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy for your stay.

To the left of the living room, you'll discover the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. The dining room offers a charming space to enjoy meals, whether you're dining solo or with a companion. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including cookware, utensils, and modern appliances.

Our apartment is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the adventure with you. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe and secure space for your pets to play and explore.

Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
