Upon entering this contemporary and modern 13th-floor unit you are amazed by floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which open up to an expansive balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom with a plush king-size bed offers nothing to be desired. With a private bath offering a Jacuzzi tub just steps away; this is truly a personal retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking sights of the emerald green waters as you awaken to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beautiful sugar-white beaches. The secondary bedroom with its colorful and whimsy feel offers a queen bed and an additional twin and a futon for extra sleeping. The living area lends itself to cozy and inviting furnishings that appeal to the masses. With premium electronics such as TV and DVD players, entertainment is easy throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare an indulgent meal that will please the whole bunch. Serving dinner is a treat as everyone gathers around the glass top dining table to enjoy a light-hearted conversation. This is just the beginning of a vacation full of lifelong memories.

During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amenities were nice. Room was nice. Great location and view. The 10 digit door code was difficult with the lock having low batteries and the 800 number repeatedly saying "enter it faster". Luckily we escalated the issue and got a local person to stop by who was great. She came prepared with a battery and was very personable. Not sure why the wrist bands are necessary since they don't open anything. Good shells.

Stunning views. Could’ve done without the roaches in kitchen. Battery went dead on both smoke detector and door lock but customer service addressed the door lock issue quickly. Place was clean and comfortable for our Christmas getaway!

Spectacular view, can walk to everything. Peaceful, couldn't hear any of the neighbors, excellent water pressure with more than enough hot water. SUPER clean, didn't see one bug, comfortable beds and couches, fully stocked. Nothing needed. We’ve stayed at this condo a few times but 1st at this unit, all with great views however this unit felt more private. Spent more time on the balcony than indoors. We used the tv for about 5 min. Loads of room tons of storage space. Well maintained. Dolphins literally put on daily shows breaching and showing off. 10 stars

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND VACASA

Avoid this property and Vacasa!The condo was infested with roaches, and it was clear Vacasa knew about the problem—they left roach spray under the sink, and their representative admitted the property hadn’t been treated since November. If there’s any suspicion of pests, the property should not be rented out. Customer service was appalling. I spent the night on the balcony because the condo was uninhabitable, and Vacasa provided no real assistance, only empty promises. I had to file a dispute through my bank to seek a refund. I’ll never trust Vacasa again.

Overall a great place

Only suggestion would be have some coffee filters available at the condo since the coffee pot is not a tradional shape basket. Round wont work. Otherwise the condo is well stocked.

Should have Read Reviews FIRST!

We have visited Navarre to many times to count and stayed at almost every condo on the beach strip. This is the very first time we have had a bad experience. I blame myself for not reading reviews first. The master bedrooms King bed was HORRIBLE!! One entire side was caved in/spring broken or something. We tried to sleep on the opposite side bunched together but kept rolling to the middle. We eventually went to the spare room, but that bed was no better, not broken but very uncomfortable and sinking in the middle. We ended up napping on the couches from loss of sleep, which again were not the best, but better than the beds. The floors could have been cleaner. I understand it is the beach and sand will be inevitable, but one would expect to have clean/sand free floors when entering a newly cleaned condo. The balcony we could not walk out on without shoes. There was some kind of slimy/sticky substance coating the entire thing. Lastly the showers. The hallway bathroom shower had no water pressure whatsoever. Both shower faucets are backwards with the temperature labels. Hot is Cold and vice versa. The showers only were either scalding hot or freezing cold, there was no warm in between. Like i said if i would have read the reviews first I would have seen all of this stated ahead of time and one would think they would have these issues fixed since it has been stated multiple times before.

Nice Condo, Needs Better Management

View, Location A+!! Horrible Management. Showers didn't work properly, either scolding hot or freezing cold. There was no in between. Called Vacasa and no one came to fix it. There were roaches!!! Called about that too. Did get a voicemail saying they were going to do pest control, but no one ever came. Needs new mattress in Master. Two giant dips that you couldn't move out of. Also, sheets kept popping off of the corners when when you moved. We have stayed at The Pearl before, the grounds staff is AMAZING. It is the perfect location. Just won't stay at this condo or one managed by Vacasa again.

Annual Ladies Trip

Our stay was nice. The unit was cozy and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Management responded timely on two small things. Only draw back was hot water for the 4 of us, we had to stagger our baths. The water was never enough to take bath in the very nice tubs. Showers had to be short.

We had a great time. Was ridiculous that we were only given one trash bag and 2 pods for dishes and a tiny thing of dish soap. We called for 3 days and we’re told someone would bring it but that never happened. Other than that the place was really nice and we had so much fun

Not worth the price

View of beach and location was nice, but this particular condo wasn’t worth the price! We entered the property just as housekeeping was leaving but condo smelled like old fish water! Water temperature wasn’t very easily controlled in master shower. Bed in master was one of the worst I’ve slept in! The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good either. The ocean views were wonderful, but if your looking for a clean and comfy place to stay, this is not it!

Great view, some small issues to work out

Overall had a great trip. Unfortunately I never received the door code to get into my unit on the original check in email. I had to call to get in. No biggie, about 15 minutes on hold and they had me in the unit. Couple of small issues: the outlets in the master bedroom do not work, at all. The breaker to that room is flipped and breakers don't flip for no reason so we didn't mess with it. There was also some kind of construction or renovation going on our first couple of days there on a unit a couple of floors above us so all we heard was constant banging and the sound of jackhammers and grinders. We couldn't really relax inside the unit when getting out of the sun for a few hours. Unfortunate. The pools were nice. One heated, one not. The heated pool had quite a bit of debris built up floating in the corner by the hot tub. Also make sure you get your beach service paper back from the person who sets them up each day. The first day, he took our sheet that showed our dates and said he would hold onto it and have us seats set up each morning. We got down on the 2nd day and it was a different person and they said they needed the paper and did not have it, and that they don't keep the papers, you're supposed to pick them up at the end of the day. So we only got beach chairs for our first day. Other than those things, it was a beautiful unit with a beautiful view. I'd recommend the stay.

Overall a good stay- needs a few tweaks

Overall the property is exactly as advertised but there are a couple of areas that could be improved: Provide beach towels please Provide some pot holders, cooking is awkward without them Add some better quality utensils for the kitchen and more than just 2 hand towels/ there were no washcloths No other complaints… the mattresses will need to be replaced soon as well and please for heavens sake put a bed skirt on the spare room bed…. It looks really non homey with the base box spring just bare :)

Relaxing and therapeutic!

Comfortable, clean, pretty unit. Beautiful beach and weather. Can see sunrises and sunsets from the unit. Heated pool. Easy to get around the area. Main road across the bridge had heavy traffic and difficult to cross. Sounds several good restaurants.
