Gorgeous1st Floor 3/2 condo with private beach. 7th night free for weekly rental

This complex is located on a gorgeous private beach overlooking the beautiful Big Lagoon Intercoastal and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Less than 5 minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches and the famous Johnson's Beach.

If you are looking for a great price for an amazing, quiet, easy, relaxing vacation with quick access to all the property amenities, this is your perfect vacation get away! Our HOA is requiring guests stay a minimum of 7 nights to keep property traffic at a minimum, so we are throwing the 7th night in for free with a one week rental.

Great sunrises/sunsets, and spectacular fishing from the complex pier. The Blue Angel flight team practice directly over the condo twice a week if you like an ariel show.
Can't beat the private beach with no neighbors to the left of our property shoreline for quite a lengthy distance, and only a few private resident's on the right of our complex.

The condo pictured is a 1st floor condo with an incredible Intercoastal Big Lagoon waterway and pool view. Our condo patio has a walkout from both the master bedroom and the living room, with both a conversational area and outside eat area. You have immediate access to the hot tub, pool, grill and picnic area, pier, and walkways to beach and complex grounds from the patio.

This is a more spacious 3 bedroom condo (almost 1,500 sq. feet). It features a super
sized master suite and master bath with both a garden size tub and walk-in shower. King size bed, large flat screen TV, along with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connecting to the patio. The 2nd bedroom is mid sized with a queen size bed and separate entry to the guest bathroom, flatscreen tv and full size closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed. it is a small room and currently only sleeps one.
The spacious dining/living room area features a large flat screen TV, a walk-out floor to ceiling sliding glass door leading from the living room to patio, two chaise lounge sofas, and a comfy recliner. The dining table seats 6 and the counter top seats 4. The full size kitchen features granite counters, and a fully equipped cooking and meal preparation area and cooking utensil's.

If you are a NAS employee, trainee, traveling nurse, etc. looking for a longer term rental during off season (between Labor Day and Memorial Day) please contact us and we will try and work within your stipend limits. The NAS base is less than 2 miles from our location. We welcome and appreciate our military.

One our favorite places

We have been repeat visitors to this condo complex because we have never had anything but good experiences. Clean and welcoming building, pool, beautiful bay views, and great fishing location. Short drives to Johnson’s beach/perdido key beaches, and medium drives to downtown Pensacola and Pensacola beaches. Blue Angles practice next door and can be watched easily from the pool/beach. This is our first time staying in this particular unit and it lived up to all of our expectations.

Amazing 1st Floor SUPER CLEAN Condi!!

My husband, two of our adult kiddos and I stayed here for a week! My husband and I visit this area often and I will have to say this is one of the CLEANEST condos that we have rented! (I’m VERY OCD with cleanliness)… The condo was very spacious for the four of us and the views were so peaceful and AMAZING! We loved the private beach area, large pool area with grills and the new fishing dock with two cleaning stations!! We would definitely recommend this condo to EVERYONE!! The Blankenship’s

Perdido Paradise

Enjoyed the walkout access from the condo to the pool/hot tub. Very quiet and relaxing environment and neighbors were friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, Johnson Beach and things to do only a short drive away. Then come back to relax in piece. Pool, hot tub and surrounding patio were maintained and well cleaned. Night-time fishing on the pier was an added bonus.

Phenomenal Vacation!

I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this property! The entire place was fully stocked with everything you could need. It was extremely clean and organized and decorated well! The pool and hot tub and bay was clean and everyone around was extremely inviting. This was close to tons of other beaches and shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back here ! Just pure perfection!

Beautiful condo and great location

We are a family of 4. Myself, my husband, & 2 kids - 10 and 11 years old. We really enjoyed Habour Pointe. The condo itself is very clean with plenty of room for the entire family. It looks like they recently replaced the sectional in the living room with new furntiure. There is a washer and dryer. There are charcoal grills on the pool deck that to use. We enjoyed eating on the patio and watching the bay with dolphins that came to visit everyday. This unit is conviently located next to the pool. You can walk out of the patio gate right to the pool. The beach area is nice but small. You can look for shells and hermit crabs. There is a new peir that you can fish off of. There are several good places to eat in the area. Perdido Key is 10-15 mins away - Jellyfish, which was nice but a little overrated for sushi and seafood. We also had dinner at the Sunset Grille which was right on the water with great food and beautiful sunsets. Flora-Bama is only about 15 - 20 minute drive. Pensicola is close too with lots to do. The best place we discovered was Johnson Beach about a 10-15 minute drive. It is the beach directly across from the bay from the condo. There is a bay side and gulf side depending on if you want calmer waters or more waves and lots of shells to collect. (There is a small fee to enter, but it's good for a week). There are sand toys, a boogie board, and other beach items to use. Eva was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again!

Best of all Perdido Key

The condo was in a quiet area right on Grand Lagoon. Brand new pier with white sandy beach. Loved the access from the condo straight out to the pool. Even when cooking you can see the water, sand dunes of Johnson Beach National Park and boat coming in and out of Harbour. Condo was a bit out dated but worked well for our family. A short drive to groceries stores with minimal traffic and away from the hustle and bustle of Main part of Pensacola and Perdido. Thanks for a great trip!

Great Location with nice accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were perfect for my wife and our 2 adult children. We had an issue with the bathroom but the host was quick to respond and address the situation. We couldn’t have been happier. We enjoyed the pool, the beach the sound, the community grills and the beautiful views. We even saw dolphins playing about 20 yards off shore. So glad we chose this property, the location and will definitely stay again.

Pensacola Beach

Lovely condo with great amenities and close access to local venues and shops. Condo worked great for our family’s vacation. Only suggestion is that it needs an update as must of furniture showing signs of wear and tear. Especially outdoor furniture with lots of rust and misssing leg caps on high top made for inability to use. Did like close proximity for condo pool and beach.

Quiet, great location on the lagoon!

Condo was clean, had all the cooking items needed, charcoal grills and great location for pool or lagoon access. Blue Angels literally fly over the building during practice! About a 10 min drive to Johnson Beach or 5 min drive to shopping. Eva was very responsible on questions. Highly recommend for a family adventure.

Perfect beach getaway

Much needed family vacation

My family (total of 5 adults) stayed at this new listing. We found that we had ample space for us and everything we brought. The condo had everything we needed. Ava was easy to contact and we felt she responded quickly to any question we had. This first floor unit was perfect for us as it gave us easy access from the unit patio to the pool/hot tub area and then down to the building bay beach area (which we frequented for walks, hermit crab finds, kayaking etc). The building and unit were well kept and grounds where clean. Residence of the building we met were very nice and gave great area advice. The Blue Angels practicing on Tues and Weds at 10:30am proved to be quite the show when watching from either the bay or the pool area as the Angels were easily seen doing their routine and even flew low and looped the build! Now that the Navel Air Museum is open to the public again and free you are a quick approx. 2.5 miles (5 min drive) to enjoy it. Pensacola beach and Gulf Shores were about 35-45 min (not bad and depends on area traffic) drive away to attend anything of interest there. Several other state and local beaches were closer. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. Thank you Ava for your rental as it gave us our much needed family vacation. ❤️

Great Quiet Relaxing Stay for a Get Away

Ms Eva was great she answered my call promptly. Was able to check in with 0 problems. The view morning, day & night were lovely. The small private beach was great. However the pier is still under construction and was not accessible. I was still able to fish from the shallow waters. Not sure what I caught but it was fun. The pool was great my son made new friends and acquired a son burn, but he ok. If you visit tuesday or wednesday you will have 1st class views of the blue angels flight practice and the museum is literally 10 mins up the street unless it’s practice day then it’s about 30 minutes due to traffic so go early. Johnson beach was close as well as Perido Key and there where plenty of places to eat and walmart is literally a 7 minute drive. We also visited down town Pensacola as well as Pensacola Beach. And the neighbors were great! Overall it was a great stay! I would defiantly recommend for any family.

Great getaway

The condo was beautiful. One week stay went by too quickly. Conveniently located on ground level. Steps from beach with a great sandbar for smaller children, pool, hot tub, grill and cabana. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Extremely quiet but a short 10 minute drive to shopping, restauraunts and beautiful Johnson beach. Our host Eva was very attentive. Will definitely be rebooking in the very near future.

1st floor condo on Big Lagoon

Enjoyed our stay in this roomy 3 BR condo. So convenient being on the first floor. Quiet complex facing Big Lagoon and only a few minutes drive from beautiful Johnson’s Beach. The condo had most everything we needed, but is a little dated.
