Great location. Views perfect. A couple things could be improved. Some of the outlets won’t hold a plug. They just fall out. The mattress next to the bathroom (master) is incredibly hard. I couldnot sleep on it. The other bed was better. The electronics on the floor in the living room are very unsightly. I think a table to sit it all on and cable covers would look much neater. A coffee table would be great too. We hope to stay again soon. Ty.
This REALLLLY needs to be improved.

First time in Perdido Key in 40 years. Beautiful. Loved the condo, distance from boardwalk to water was super and not congested. Water was absolutely gorgeous.

Nice non busy area

Still a low key area right now, so nice that it isnt as busy as other areas. Short drive for the busy stuff. The beds were very old and hard, there was old pee down the front of the toilets, and the floor was gross. The rest of it was good. Short walk to the beach, nice pool area.

We loved the location and liked the unit. The kitchen needs to be redone - cabinets, pealing and broken, refrig/freezer smells like fish and missing shelves, not equipped for a party of five (too few plates, utensils, etc). Would be great to have a pull out couch (thought that was the case - my mistake). Unit was comfortable and clean, mgmt was on top of issues.

Not What I Expected

When booking this property, I did notice it was pretty pricey. I go to the beach every summer with my children and have never paid this much to stay in a condo on the beach. I had other people say the same and we just figured the price was inflated since covid had many people staying home last year. The day we were to check in, I get a call saying the previous tenants knocked a hole in the wall so there will be a fan drying a patch of drywall….no big deal! Upon arrival the condo was clearly not cleaned properly. There was sand all over the floor and hair covering both bathroom floors, in the sink and shower. We had to sweep and vacuum and clean the bathrooms before we brought our luggage up. The master bathroom sink was stopped up all week. It took forever for the water to drain. The box springs in the master bedroom were nasty. There was nothing covering the box springs so you could visibly see the stains on them. One morning we went to cook breakfast. The pans in the kitchen were awful. You couldn’t cook anything without the food sticking to the bottom. Even after cooking spray and oil were used to coat the bottom, we ended up buying our own pans to cook eggs and pancakes. After cooking the huge breakfast, we loaded the dishwasher, pressed the start button and found out the dishwasher did not work. We had to wash all the dishes by hand. I don’t want to do that at home, much less on vacation. The kitchen sink stayed stopped up as well. Most, but not all of the plug-ins need to be replaced. They are loose and worn out. In the master bathroom every time I was drying my hair, my hair dryer would fall out of the plug-in. It was very frustrating. I paid more than ever for a cleaning fee and the condo was not clean. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve never left a bad review. Ive never had things not work in a condo. We did not call maintenance because on vacation who wants to deal with that!? The condo was decorated cute and in a good location, but the fact that I paid a cleaning fee and had to clean it myself and there were numerous things that did not work properly will make me not want to stay in this condo again. Definitely not worth the money. There were 2 other adults with me, and we all 3 were disappointed that we paid so much for a place to stay, more than ever, for the worst place we have ever stayed.

Great location

Great location, liked the size or property - not a huge high rise and quick and easy access to private beach. The amenities in the kitchen need some help - dishwasher old, frig missing some shelves on door, scissors that cut please:) The location, the private beach, size of property, and property management will definitely bring me back.

Spring Break 2020

We arrived and found several areas in walls damaged previously. We had a long white plastic table for a dining room table. It did get replaced but not until Thursday when we checked out on Saturday. The vase on kitchen table, looked as though it had been broken and glued back together. All kitchen cabinets where pealing. The stove side on left was broken, and had to be held to shut the stove. Toaster was broken. Mirror in front bathroom was broken almost torn off wall. Bathroom door in second bathroom was extremely hard to close. We couldn’t get Outside storage patio door closed at all. Outside patio floor tiles where cracked when we arrived. It would have been helpful to have directions on how to operate the TVs. Beds in second bedroom could use a foam topper for comfort. Overall had a great location and had a wonderful time. Just needs a lot of cosmetic attention and updates. (I do have pictures of things I mentioned if you need to see them.)

The property was very pretty. Just one problem both bathrooms were dirty. First one some one had used it and didn't flush or put the seat down. Second one mold all over shower curtain. We all had to use the first bathroom .

Condo stay

Several things I encountered, the bathrooms were dirty, and the shower/tub floor was very tacky, and smells very musty, rugs were all dirty, throughout the area, daughter walked around on the floors barefoot and in one hour her feet were black, obviously the floor was not cleaned, and the mop to clean it had seen better days. There was bird Poop on the balcony, the elevator smelled horrible as if someone was using it for their personal urinal. As much money that was charged for the cleaning the place should have been immaculate, and odor free, overall the stay on the beach and warm weather was ok..

Nice location but.....

Once we arrived we noticed long hairs everywhere and had damp towels in the dryer. You would think with the extremely high cleaning fee the place would be spotless. The decor was nice and everything we needed for a week was provided. The smoke detector may be a little over sensitive since it went off every time we made toast which was slightly toasted. The location was great and we did not have to search for a beach spot since there were not many condos in the area.
