Meticulously remodeled to provide an unparalleled vacation experience, our 6-bedroom, 5-bath home is a symphony of elegance and modern comfort.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The property boasts five bedrooms, each a private haven of comfort. On the main level, you will find two king suites with direct access to bathrooms. As you make your way up our stunning floating spiral staircase, you will find the other three bedrooms. Upstairs features an oversized primary suite (1x king 2x Double Bunks), A bunk room (2x twin bunks, 1x Double Bunk) and one private queen room.
Our bathrooms, akin to spa retreats, are outfitted with premium touches ToTo Bidet's, hand-crafted Zia Tile, and much more. Directly connected off the primary suite sits a full walk-in vanity room with all the conveniences you can imagine.
Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of every home is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the essentials. Whether preparing a family meal or hosting a dinner party, the kitchen provides an ideal setting.
Whether waking up or a late-night espresso martini, our Nespresso Bar features everything a barista could dream of. The bar is fully stocked with coffee and tea of all types, ensuring you have your perfect cup while sitting and looking out over the water.
Outdoor Paradise: Step outside to your private resort-style pool, complete with an in-pool hot tub, splash pad, and swim-up bar – all set against the backdrop of the beautiful canal and ocean. Boating / Water Activities: Have no worries; with our private all new trex boat dock and on-site boat trailer parking, you can hit the water for a sunset cruise. If you do not have a boat then we can help coordinate a ride with one of our Captains or local preferred boat rental companies we work closely with. The property also has paddle boards and kayaks for you to enjoy the water with friends and family.

You'll find an array of activities to indulge in - from water sports and golfing to exploring local cuisine and shopping. Neighborhood Private Pickleball and Tennis Courts with equipment provided at the house!
