While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***
