The Space:

Welcome to your spacious yet cozy second-floor escape, perfectly situated along the Gulf and just three miles from beautiful Perdido Key State Park. This thoughtfully designed retreat features comfortable furnishings, stylish décor, modern electronics and appliances, and upscale touches throughout.



Gather in the bright, inviting living area with plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Large sliding glass doors open to an expansive covered balcony where you can savor your morning coffee with sunrise views over the Gulf or enjoy a peaceful dinner under the stars while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



After a fun-filled day at the beach, retreat to one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers plush bedding, clean linens, and a relaxing atmosphere to ensure a restorative night’s sleep during your well-deserved getaway. We provide a starter kit of essentials – Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of conditioner; Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge and 1 small bottle of dish soap. After these items are used, guests are responsible for supplying their own. Please note: we do not provide cooking oils, spices, coffee, filters, or pantry staples—please pack what you need. If they are in the unit when you arrive, use them at your own risk.



As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to a wonderful selection of shared amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tennis court — everything you need for a memorable and rejuvenating coastal vacation.
