Enjoy the entire private condo that has recently been refreshed with a beachy scheme, setting the mood for relaxation. The covered deck is just steps away from the beach and one of the best places to sip your drink while soaking in the Emerald Coast or simply close your eyes and listen to the music the ocean waves play! Be sure to check out the pool or treat yourself to a lovely walk around the pond and gazebo.

This top floor (2nd level) location provides peace and quiet, breath-taking views of the ocean, and conveniently quick access to the beach with stunning sunsets. You will have your own private covered parking spot among other amenities to add comfort to your stay. Special attention and love was given to ensure our guests enjoyment of this property. FRONT ROOM: 2 large couches, ceiling fan, phone charging port, a smart TV with Wi-Fi access and Netflix on us.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1 king bed, oversized reading chair overlooking beach that converts to a pull-out twin, playpen (located in walk-in closet), TV w/Roku stick, phone charging port, and ceiling fan. ALL bedroom mattresses and pillows have been incased to prevent bed bugs and all linens and blankets are laundered before your stay.

GUEST BEDROOM: 1 queen bed, twin bunkbeds, TV w/Roku stick, phone charging port, and ceiling fan.

KITCHEN: Utensils supplied for meals at home along with some coffee K-cups, creamer, sugar, tea, a few spices, and cooking spray. We also supply you with a start pack of paper towels and garbage bags.

BATHROOMS (1 1/2): Fresh towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and blow dryer available.

DECK: Table with 4 chairs, 2 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. You are less than a 60 second walk to the crystal clear emerald ocean and the whitest sand beach Pensacola is known for.

EXTRAS: Board games, cards, iron/ironing board, and beach towels for your enjoyment. Coin operated laundry facilities are also located on the property.

The beach area directly outside the condo tends to be quieter and more local if you are looking for some tranquility or just a short 7-10 minutes up the beach you will find entertainment often on the public beach along with gastropubs and dining-out options offered. This experience will bring tons of joy and memories for you and your loved ones!

* No smoking allowed inside the home or on the deck. IF SMOKE or Marijuana SMELL IS DETECTED IN THE HOUSE GUESTS WILL BE ASSESSED $500 for professional smoke removal.
* Pets are not allowed - you will be charged an additional $300 and asked to leave.
* This is a coastal community and, therefore, prone to storms. We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters and recommend you purchase travel insurance if this is a concern of yours.
* Booking guests must be 21 years of age. The booking guest must be a member of the group staying at the property.
