Gulf Front - 4 soverom Hjem

Gorgeous moderne 3-etasjers hjem ligger direkte på Gulf. Dette hjemmet har virkelig en utrolig WOW faktor! Stue, spisestue og kjøkken er plassert i øverste etasje og har 20 meter under taket og golfen vendt veggene er hovedsakelig glass. Hovedsoverommet er også plassert i øverste etasje og har skyvedører for direkte tilgang til dekk. Master bad har separat badekar og dusj, dobbel forfengelighet, toalett er i et privat område, og overflatene er hovedsakelig marmor. En stor spiraltrapp gi tilgang fra toppetasjen til etasjen under der du vil finne en annen stue, våt bar med bar kjøleskap, ismaskin, og kompakt oppvaskmaskin. Det er tre ekstra soverom på lavere nivå. En av disse er en konge suite med eget bad og dekk tilgang, en er en enkelt dronning soverom med uteplass og den tredje er ideelt utformet for kits med en dronning og to enkle senger. Singelen dronning soverom og barna soverommet dele en hall bad med lavere nivå stue. Jo lavere nivå har farget betong gulv i hele og utsatt duct arbeid som gir dette området en elegant industriell følelse. Dette er en bolig du virkelig må se for å sette pris på. Den sterke gjenta klientell skulle tilsi at gjestene nyte sin tid på dette hjemme.

Overall the photos of the inside of this place were pretty misleading. We paid over 8k for 5 nights in the off season. Proximety to the beach was incredible ans beach itself was gorgeous. Pool and hot tub were a great size

Heaven on Earth

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our fall break. The convenient private access to the beach was perfect. Great views of the beach from both levels of the house. The floorplan was super accommodating as well.

Christmas at Pensacola Beach

We loved this property. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 10 and the beach was dreamy. We loved the baloneys and the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The large table was perfect for meals and games. We plan to return!

It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would say about our stay that is negative is the stairs leading up to main level. It is a spiral staircase and is not very functional for suitcases and older people. Other than that we loved our stay and would rent this property again.

The beach walk over was so helpful& even though it rained every day in Pensacola, we had no rain and only sunshine. We had several couples stay and kids and everyone loved the homes space and separation and the kids loved the pool. This home has an excellent kitchen w two dishwashers& two refrigerators & that worked well for us with different cooks in the kitchen. We give this place five ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 stars!!!!!!

Ideal Vacation Home

Close enough to town that it didn't feel like making a trip but in a quiet, residential area and right on the beach. We spent most of our days outside on the deck and/ or the beach and loved soaking up the sun every day. The home has incredible windows & views! We love being able to sit anywhere on the main floor and see the gulf. The master bedroom is out of this world! Huge room, TONS of closet & storage space, and huge bathroom. We had a few electrical issues during our stay due to a storm the night we arrived and the staff at Paradise Beach Homes went over & above to try & rectify the issues, including sending someone out on a Sunday afternoon. We would not hesitate to come back!

This house has a beautiful view and large gathering/dining/living/kitchen area: which is on the 2nd floor so you must climb a spiral staircase or use back patio stairs. The kitchen is very easy to work in. No large griddle/large fry pan to accommodate cooking pancakes for a group. We managed one at a time. We had 3 senior citizens so the stairs were a bit tiresome to access house and then more steps to beach walk. This was easy for the twenty somethings. Plenty of outdoor comfortable seating. The master does not have A/C but you can feel some air from the vents in the closet and bath area. The master shower/bath area was devine and made it so easy to shower and batch the family together. Great quiet stretch of beach. If you are ok with stairs, definitely stay at the beautiful House. It really was comfortable!
