Har du drømt om å besøke paradis? Kom og bo på "Casa Blanca" hjørnepartiet er få skritt fra den hvite sandstranden og det blå vannet på Pensacola Beach. Dette to etasjers hjemmet har 4 soverom, 4 bad og soveplass til 12. Det er et stort garasjeanlegg for å holde alle strandleker, pluss at det er et bordtennisbord. Nedenunder har et overbygd festområde med ekstra sitteplasser, stort spisebord, automatiske festlys, Weber gassgrill og et kjøleskap som ligger i garasjen. En ny stor privat dusj med H / C vann er lagt til i første etasje. Det delvis tildekket dekk på hovednivå er et flott sted å slappe av og se på solnedgangen. Dette hjørneområdet har dedikert tilgang til stranden og ligger bare noen skritt fra stranden!

It was great. The house was a one block walk down a sidewalk path to the beach. Included were a canopy w/cart, a beach umbrella, chairs,several boogie boards and various toys. The host went over and above. When the washing machine had a minor issue, he got a repair person on site the same day.

Had a great family vacation at the beach. This was our second stay, corner lot is awesome and short walk to beach. Beach was great all week. Check in and check out is very friendly.

Location is great for getting to the beach. Had to drive for everything else. Our host Jonathan was very quick in responding. We needed a plumber to come for a clogged shower drain and that was taken care of the next day. I have to say this house is really in need of some TLC. Furniture in the house is all mismatched. Some of the beach chairs were unusable. Others totally rusted. We had to fix the beach wagon ourselves to make it usable. Several of the bicycles were unusable with totally rusted chains. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a dehumidifier that would totally fill after about six hours. The window coverings were very dusty. The outside hose for the “ Sand Removal system” was rotted and full of holes so water sprayed everywhere when trying to use it. The dryer vent was not vented through the wall. It was just hanging out behind the dryer which made the area full of lint.

I will start with the positive. The host communicated well with check in and out procedures along with answering questions. They even let me come early to store my breast milk before check in. Best part of the property was how close to the beach it is. However, the house was uncomfortably musty, mold was found in the showers and air vents, the furniture, rugs and blankets were stained and dirty. There was a dehumidifier that would fill completely within a couple hours. The listing was also inaccurate as multiple pictures and written information stated there was a covered porch with a sitting area. There was no covered porch and no table on the porch, this was very unfortunate because that was one of the reasons I booked this house. We did use a canopy that was there but had to put it up and down. The pictures and listing should be updated to actually represent the property.

Very close to beach and house was very clean. Great place to hang out by the garage with plenty of beach toys for the kids and beach equipment. Could use some updated and larger TVs in the bedrooms but overall would recommend this property to a friend.

Great week at the beach

Communication with Jonathan was excellent. We throughly enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk on a sidewalk. All the extras that were in the garage were very helpful. We brought a beach wagon but we ended up using the one in the garage, it pulled better in the sand with the larger wheels. All the bikes were great too since we had family staying 2 blocks down the street. The outdoor shower was perfect! Could the house use some updates, sure but that’s not why we were there. The house perfectly accommodated our family of 7. Thanks Jonathan 🙂

Frustrated....

This property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. The property is in dire need of upgrades. Cabinets are old and worn along with the dishes. The furniture is a mirage of pieces that appear to have come from a used furniture/thrift store. Few of the kitchen chairs matched. There has been an obvious water leak in the upstairs bedroom that has had some attempt to be repaired but not painted. The pocket doors are old and difficult to operate. The deck has joist hangers rusted completely through along with boards separating and splitting. There were three large cans of trash left for us to deal which hosted an obscene amount of flies. The garage area is not usable if the dryer is operating or has been operating because it is not vented to the outside. The upstairs bedroom balcony door was screwed shut with a note advising, do not open, and the kitchen door to the deck was the same. The upstairs door is a concern as there is no escape in the event of a fire. The doors and trash were addressed with the owner. He became defensive and stated he did not false advertise. He was never accused of this. However, he never mentioned nor does his add mention the issue with the doors and that the upstairs deck is not usable. He stated we could leave and he would return half our money. I advised him we would stay. I simply could not afford to forfeit that much money. The area is great and we had a great time. We just expected more from the home based on the pictures advertised.

Perfect

Everything we needed. This house was the perfect location and perfect place to celebrate some big birthdays with family. Comfortable and lots of room for 7 adults and 4 kids. They have everything you need for the beach lots of outdoor space and indoor. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the walking path to the beach was right there and it was a quick walk to the beach. You can see the gulf and hear the waves from the deck. We all enjoyed our week and will definitely be back. Jonathan was quick to communicate once we booked and on our check in day. I have no doubt that had we needed something while we were there he would be quick to respond. Check in and out were easy. Just have respect for other people’s homes.

Best House On The Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca! This beach house offered so much more than any previous condo, hotel or beach house we previously rented. The beach is world class and the house location makes the beach almost private. The owner provided a garage full of beach amenities- beach umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets/shovels, rafts, ice chests, beach wagons. The garage also contained a ping-pong table which we used every night. The downstairs is setup for entertaining with chairs, tables, party lights, a bbq and a full sized fridge and a shower! After an amazing day on the beach the kids came back and socialized downstairs until they literally fell asleep standing up! The house was cleaned and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every item we needed. Our beach vacation went by quickly but we will return to Casa Blanca!!

Convenient family beach vacation

We loved this house and it looked great when we arrived. The setup and location was perfect for our family of 5 and extended family that joined us. The extra beds in the upstairs rooms were great, it was such a short walk to the beach, and a great space downstairs to store beach stuff and get the kids cleaned up after the beach. The house may be older but it has been well taken care of and well thought out to accommodate many people with several towel bars and hooks for everyone to hang up their stuff. The owner Jonathan was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The upstairs AC starting not working and he had a repairman out very quickly to resolve the issue. Our only complaint and reason for 4 star rating was we did see many roaches during our stay. Seeing some in the garage didn't really bother me, but at night we would sit and play games at the dining table and watch some come out from behind the oven. Jonathan said the property had just been sprayed so hopefully it will get better as the season goes on. But despite that we still loved the space, I just made sure I sprayed down the kitchen counters in the morning before we made any meals.

Spring Break

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

Perfect for us!

Our family loved this house. Very close to the beach so we could come and go as each one wanted. The private baths upstairs were great for our married kids and with one bath in the mail level and a private shower below the house-it worked out very well. We cooked many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the home to be comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group. We played family games below the house at night in the cozy seating area. There were plenty of beach toys, bikes, and a large wagon to pull things to the beach. We also really appreciated the extra fridge below the house. We used it for overflow since we had a large group and the guys could store their bait. The owner was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back to this place someday!

Enjoyed our stay

Our family totally enjoyed our stay. Great downstairs area for kids to play and adults to sit and chat and play as well ( ride bikes/play ping pong). Easy walk to the beach and this house had nice extras to help with getting our beach gear to the beach as well as nice extras ( toys/floats) for the beach., then nice water station when we returned to the house to clean everything off (beach items as well as kiddos). Easy contact to owner, who responded quickly when needed when we had questions.

Overall, the Place was really good. The location was the best feature!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is only a few minute walk from the beach. Plus, the house has numerous amenities to improve your beach trip, i.e. wagon, chairs, etc. If I had to complain about anything, I would just request the owner spend a little more to clean, furnish and fix up the property. No major issues by any means, just a few broken steps, broken railing, and a few other small challenges. I don’t want this to come off as a negative review, because it’s not! All in all, great place and I would recommend this to others!

Great vacation rental for a week away!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!
