«Hotell personale veldig vennlig, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Veldig bra gym og grei svømmebasseng. Bra utvalg ved frokost meny. I del hele virket om en veldig effektiv hotell. Ingen uvnødvendig venting for service eller for heiser. Kommer gjerne tilbake ved neste besøk på øyet.»

«5 night family stay in 2 rooms. The keys & lifts were very annoying, keys had to be reprogrammed daily and didn’t work in the lifts more than half the time. The wifi worked sporadically so we used our own data. Only ate in house once as the food was bland and the nuts were rancid. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable & the staff friendly but we will not be staying here again as not worth what we paid. »

«Luxurious rooms and very god restaurant. Disappointed outside, and nothing to do other than the pool.»

«Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special.»

«Very good service, nice room, but the beach was a huge diseappointment. Would not swim there even if there was no box jelly fish. Pool way smaller than images give the impression of, small area with just a few sunbeds. Restaurant on the patio managed to screw up club sandwich, suggest going to hawker/food haven in front of hotel. No other shops nearby but Grab downtown is cheap.»

«Been here for a number occasions. Rooms always clean, staff are polite and helpful.»

«A bit of a hiccup when checking in, as the hotel wanted to charge more than what my booking said, but that was resolved. Also disapointed that they said the deposit wold be held for two weeks. The hotel overall was nice, great beds, good location, decent sized rooms. We would especially like to thank Vicky in the lobby bar, for great service! The free wifi in the hotelroom was poor, hopefully that will be looked into. It was unstable and relatively slow.»

«受け付けが丁寧で部屋もとても清潔、豪華でした。ウェルカムチョコや名前の書かれた手書きのメッセージカードなどのもてなしが嬉しかったです。»
