lovely stay
We have stayed here 4 times and it never disappoints, full of character. We were lucky to be upgraded, and the room was lovely with beautiful views across the countryside. we booked treatments in the spa which was a nice treat too

Perfect night away
Lovely staff and atmosphere, this was our 4th time visiting and it is our go to place to just switch off and relax.

Celebrattion birthday treat.
Lovely hotel with a grand entrance . Beautifull decor inside with a separate lounge and two other areas for breakfast and dinner. very friendly staff,who allowed us to check in early after a six hour journey.room was beautiful and comfortable,met some friendly locals, who recomended some places to visit. Cooked breakfast was very good and plenty of choice of continental.we had dinner on the evening of my birthday,the the food was very good,the atmosphere was great.the evening staff were very friendly and welcoming. we had a great time, a perfect place for relaxing and some peace and quiet.

Lovely hotel
Love the hotel the staff were fantastic very clean beautiful grounds lovely pool just as I was on the west wing I think ..the noise from the ventilation or what ever it was kept me from having a good sleep .. and the breakfast was bearly cooked no colour on the sausage or bacon practically cold beans served in a cold pot on a cold plate..

Comfortable rooms.
Hotel and parking very good. Just the service at breakfast let it down. Selection great just very slow to take orders and arrive at table.

Not that great.
Highlight: Really friendly receptionist. She’s a gem. Lows: we had the family suite on the ground floor. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. Woke up by the coughing and wheezing of the guests upstairs. Every footstep sounded like it was coming through the ceiling. Shower. 1975 called, they want it back. No water pressure. Almost impossible to set it to hot. The rooms are filthy in the places where you can easily see. Under the beds. Under the wardrobes, etc. These are easily moveable as we found out to retrieve an item that rolled under the wardrobe. It came out caked in dust and filth. Do the guests a favour and clean under there once a week.

Lovely scenic hotel
Lovely location, character hotel. Stayed in family annex just away from main hotel. Nice room and separate room for children. Was nice but would of liked more information at booking that the room was not in the main hotel building, especially as was premium rate.

Wonderful, cosy, friendly place in a beautiful location. Had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Room we stayed in was a studio which is the separate building the hotel calls the couch house. Small double beed very soft pillows. And we had a room immediately by the in/out door to the building. So was dooor bang quite often. Room clean apart from hair on the bed. Rest of room very clean. Only one glass tumbler. No wine glasses which we had to go to the main hotel to ask for. Would have been a nice touch if they would of been in the room. Spa very nice the strem room on one day and the jacuzzi the other day. Not both the same day.

Excellent hotel.
Excellent hotel. Very grand exterior. Studio room was clean and spacious. Pool and spa perfect with well equipped gym. Great location too for Tenby and some outstanding beaches!

Overall good stay with lovely staff.
Overall a pretty good weekend stay. Lovely staff, great breakfasts. Spa was pretty good too. Setting very quiet and peaceful. Only minor downsides were the bar prices being a little high and the rooms in the old coachhouse looking a bit worn although bathroom was nice and new. Overall a good solid pleasant stay.

Noise neighbors and wedding.
Couldn’t sleep when the people checked in above us. The following night there was a wedding there that played music until 2am. Sleepless nights before driving 4.5 hours to London was not what we hoped for. Also, no air con.

Would stay again
We enjoyed our spacious studio room. The super friendly and helpful staff were quick to resolve a couple of minor issues. Service in the restaurant could have been quicker and more efficient. The pool was clean and well equipped. Great idea to have adult only sessions! The grounds were well maintained. Excellent location for touring Pembrokeshire.

Happy Place hotel
Our "happy place". We stop here to recuperate, walk the Wales Coast walk and enjoy Pembrokeshire. Just love the building the tranquillity, the Spa and the helpful staff
