Villa Deja Blue is a 4 bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of 9 or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.

The villa is located in a really nice location offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops.

Villa Deja Blue is uniquely positioned with close proximity to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) which is only a 5 mins walk and Coral Bay which is a 15 mins walk. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays.

An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 15 minute walk from Deja Blue Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to fully equip the villa with all the necessities.

Laourou Beach is 350 meters from Villa Deja Blue, while Coral Bay is 1.1 km from the property.

The villa offers a year round kidney shaped outdoor swimming pool. After a day of hiking, snorkeling or cycling, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area.

The villa has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the first one being an en-suite master bedroom furnished with a double size bed providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.

The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed while the third bedroom features a double and single bed.

The first floor has another en-suite master bedroom furnished with a double bed. A dedicated family bathroom is located on the first floor.

Lovely property (needs a bit of TLC), situated in walking distance to the beach, shops and bars/ restaurants. The description of the bedroom / bathroom / en-suites was a little inaccurate. A plan would have been helpful. Well equipped. Pool was lovely and pool person attended 3 times in 2 weeks to maintain it. We were not aware that we needed to book a mid stay clean. However, the property manager was always on hand if needed and did check in on us. He was really friendly and approachable. Booking the Villa was easy and the team were responsive to queries. All the pre visit information was really helpful and timely. Great holiday! We would book again. Loved every minute.

Cyprus break

The property is beautiful everything you need is there. Pool lovely and helped cool off in the heat. Nuce BBQ area with additional seating. The grand staircase was the WOW feature. Location was lovely and thoughly enjoyed our time in the villa. We also became friends with a family of cats who also enjoyed the outside of the villa. Only downside wasMy Disabled mother came with us and had an accident on day 2 in shower reported to property manager at time he attended house stated he would be back and never seen again for the whole duration.

Lovely villa but needs a bit of tlc in places. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade on the fixings and the sunloungers need to be replaced a lot of them had splits in the wicker so we had to choose the best ones that were usable. All in all we had a great time nice location and easy to use the bus route from corallia beach. Villa was clean on arrival and pool cleaned during our stay. Plenty of kitchen equipment to self cater. Air con was a god send in 35 degree heat

Family Trip

We returned to Cyprus to bring my 87 year old father back to a place he loves. 4 generations of family travelled. The villa was in a good location for our needs and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The alarm was on when we arrived late at night which we weren't expecting so unfortunately we woke the neighbours as we didn't know how to turn it off !! They were fine though No advice given before travelling.

The villa was very spacious and well appointed. The property manager came in first morning and was on hand of needed, we didn't. Great outdoor space and the pool was brilliant. Was a half hour walk to the main restautants and if you had a car then not really an issue.

A villa with everything you need

We stayed in this villa as a group of 8, so all bedrooms were utilised. The villa was well equipped and comfortable, with nice decor throughout. The pool was amazing and an absolute godsend with the especially hot weather. I honestly can’t fault the villa or its facilities and would happily return in the future. The air conditioning in one of the rooms broke down but was replaced relatively quickly. Dave, the property manager, kept in contact with us throughout. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place lovely and spacious. Each bedroom was very roomy. Agent dave very friendly and helpful. Placement is good and near to local beach.some garden area wasted as not developed in a good way.pool good size for a family. Nice outdoor cooking area with ample seating.

Family of 9 who enjoyed a wonderful stay

Our stay at this beautiful villa as a family of 9 was unforgettable. Its location near bars, restaurants, and the beach made every day a delight. An added bonus for those evenings when we wanted to chill, the great BBQ area, allowed us to enjoy delicious family meals. We also ventured out to explore some incredible excursions, including the mesmerising Blue Lagoon and the enchanting Adonis Waterfalls, both of which are absolute must-see attractions. This villa exceeded our expectations and added to the magic of our holiday.

Cleanliness

Although the villa was lovely the pictures do not do it justice. The outside furniture was dirty and needed a good clean. The two swinging chairs were unable to be sat on due to the filthy conditions of the cushions. Sun beds need mattresses. Some of the mattresses in the bedroom were soiled. General cleanliness of the villa was not good

Lovely Property

Party of 6 adults and 2 children. Great Villa, very clean and tidy. Plenty enough space for us all. In a good location, 10 minutes from a lovely beach and 25 minutes from the main strip (bus and taxi services excellent). Being hyper critical beds were a bit uncomfortable, hot water was in short supply in a morning (understandable with amount of people we had staying) and the lack of a good information book (best supermarket etc) Overall great holiday and highly recommended. Absolutely lovely villa!

The pictures don’t do it justice, this property was really lovely, spacious, beautifully clean. It contained all amenities needed. The outside area & pool were fantastic. The Ezoria staff, Sharon in particular, were great, very friendly & helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful holiday staying here and would definitely use again & recommend to others.
