The first night there was no hot water. I called to ask about it and was told that it might be fixed later in the afternoon, but they could not give me a specific time.
The very next morning at 8:00 a.m., construction work started and it was extremely noisy. I went to the front desk to ask if the work could be stopped, and I was told they were sorry but that the workers were paid by the hour and could not be stopped — as if what I paid for and the reason I stayed there did not matter.
I chose this place based on recommendations, and on top of that, housekeeping attempted to open my door twice.
