Step into a piece of history with our beautifully refinished ranch house, one of the first homes built to host cowboys in this picturesque area. Adorned with luxury finishes, this exquisite retreat features gourmet appliances, custom cabinetry, and stunning tile plank flooring throughout.

Unwind in the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and large smart TV, while additional bedrooms offer unparalleled comfort for total relaxation. Outside, indulge in multiple serene spaces: bask in the breathtaking front yard views with a fully fenced dog yard and covered patio, or gather around the fire pit in the side yard, surrounded by stunning ranch vistas.

The backyard is an entertainer's dream, featuring 1,800 square feet of pavers, a large outdoor kitchen, a propane fire table, and a spacious gazebo equipped with fans. Relax in the 7-person hot tub, nestled among 100-year-old trees overlooking the flowing creek. If you plan on bringing ATV or Side by sides please let us know. We are happy to point you in the direction of trails but it is extremely important to respect the neighbors. We would ask rides are only driven to and from the property not driven around the property. We are happy to provide more detailed information.

There MAY be a FIRE BAN in place when you are interested in coming. Please check the Tonto Forest web site for alert ban status.

No Fireworks at any time. discharge of fireworks will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place. But, it changes often, according to the weather, etc. I do not control the state fire ban laws. Safety is important!

This is a rural location - sounds you may hear could be horses, coyotes, dogs, cows, chickens and roosters along with farm equipment.

DOGS and wild animals: This home is next to the forest and neighbors do not always keep their dogs fenced and they are allowed to run around the area. The pets are generally friendly and RARELY come by. However, you need to be aware that I can not control the wildlife or neighbor dogs. If you decide to bring your pet, the front yard is a large fenced area but I do not recommend you allowing your dog to run around freely outside of the fenced area.

Often there will be more horse traffic than car traffic. Do not approach horses or the area ranches. The road past Sprague Ranch road is a private road. More info will be provided after booking.

Open Range: The property is located in an open range area - this means certain times of the year livestock will pass through the property. Stay clear of any livestock.

To reach The Ranch you will pass through the creek that runs through the property - it is usually shallow but during or after rain storms requires extreme caution.

Our family cabin is the first house on the street. Occasionally we will be your neighbor.
