This Get-away on Historic Main Street in Payson, Arizona shares the same 3/4 Acre as the Legendary Pieper Mansion built in 1883 and Adobe "Mud House", built in 1882! This Quaint and Rustic Home allows you to stroll into nearby Antique Shops and Dine in many of the Locally Owned and Family Run Restaurants. Private Community Large Wood Fire Pit for all guest to use (Fire restrictions may apply in dry seasons) . Visit the many Popular Trails and Sites! Check in at 3 pm allows for an early start for adventures and Check out is at 11am.

One Bedroom, One Bathroom with Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig, toaster oven and Sink to Prep Snacks for your Adventures! Small Dining Set for indoor meals. Oversized Galvanized Steel and Stone Shower, Giant Copper Antique Tub, King Size Bed, Sleeper Sofa with Queen Size Upgraded Mattress in the Living Room. Important:*** Prior to your stay, please let us know if you are going to use the sofa sleeper so we may provide the bedding prior to your arrival.*** A wall mounted "Fireplace" for adds to the Cozy Ambience. Patio with Lounge Chairs for Relaxing. Community Gas BBQ Grills, Fire Pit and newly added pickle ball court and gazebo for added fun! Free Parking on site.

The Neighborhood:
Payson's location, being very near to the geographic center of Arizona, has been called "The Heart of Arizona". The Historic Main Street in Payson Arizona boasts Antique Shops and other Locally Owned stores, Coffee Shops and Restaurants. This is Rim Country! There are many Hiking trails nearby or a short drive away. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is just 22 minutes away! Visit The Payson Visitor Center located on main St and HWY 87 intersection to learn about all the available Trails and Experiences. Keep an eye out for Elk in the early morning and early evening!

Getting Around:
Walking, Hiking and Driving are the preferred methods to experience this Piney Mountain Town. Along Main Street and beyond,Take a 15 minute walk to Green Valley Park and lakes. The town puts on several events throughout the year for people to come and enjoy! During summer months we have live music and movie nights on weekends. And a splash pad for the kids to cool off and have some outdoor fun! Winter months we have a winter wonderland that runs from DEC-JAN with Santa, light parade and outdoor ice skating rink! So many fun activities year round! Zane Grey Museum is also located at Green Valley Park! Lots of history on the Town of Payson and Pieper Mansion property that you are staying at! Visit the Payson Visitor Center and discover more trails and activities!

Other Things to Note:
These Cabins are designed for the Adventurer in Mind. Although each of our Cabins do not offer a Stove or Oven, they come equipped with a Microwave, toaster oven, mini frig ,Keurig coffee maker plates,bowls,utensils and cups. No Smoking of any kind is permitted on property.
