But the bed and pillows were far too soft for our liking. The morning breakfast buffet was okay, but the powdered/reconstituted eggs were very wet and had no taste. Also, the sign at the breakfast room said that we could not take our food back to our room, which was rather inconvenient for my disabled wife and me.»

«Our refrigerator made a continuous noise. It was not cold and the freezer did not work. Felt safe and was able to get a first floor room, as requested. Have stayed here several times and will do so again.»

«I like that the rooms are very spacious. Only thing I didn't like was the first 3 days I was here the TV was not working. And when maintenance man came to fix it he was really loud and rude. Very unprofessional. Other than that it gets 4 stars from me overall.»

«The staff was friendly and attentive. Room 318 was clean and spacious. The 3 for $10 IPAs on tap to drink while my kids enjoyed the pool was nice! Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return again when we are in the area. »

«Pros: free laundry with laundry baskets inside rooms, full & fully stocked kitchen (although you have to know how to unlock the electric stove in order to operate it), free coffee/tea/hot chocolate, friendly housekeeping staff, fast food/restaurants walking distance away, and small convenience store in lobby with cheap prices. Cons: Expedia advertised the room incorrectly as a “twin bed” room (even though the hotel only has queen/king beds only), the room incidentals is $50 per day, paid ...

«This hotel is worth every penny for the stay. Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast served daily and don't forget pet friendly. I walk my dog several times and always felt safe. The area is well lite. Pool and hot tubs always in use. I've been a guess for three weeks now. Would gladly come back»

«We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through. ...
