Dora is a two-bedroom apartment, part of a charming traditional village house in Boikatika, in the tranquil Erimitis area of Paxos. Enveloped by stone walls, winding old paths, and centuries-old olive trees, it offers amazing sea and sunset views, remaining a peaceful haven in a truly authentic island setting—perfect for quiet mornings and leisurely countryside walks.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment is accessed from the private parking area through a small gate and shared stone steps that lead into a paved courtyard, adjacent to the neighbouring Thodoros apartment.
Inside, the entrance opens into a bright, rustic-style space featuring a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small sofa. At the back of this area is the shared bathroom with a shower, while two additional steps, on the right-hand side of the main door, lead to a cosy twin bedroom. At the far end of this room, a door opens into a charming double bedroom with direct access to the front courtyard. Both bedrooms are supported by air-conditioning units.
The courtyard itself is spacious and inviting, decorated with a traditional stone table, an old well at its centre, and a lovely vine pergola that provides extra shade during warm summer afternoons—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
Dora Apartment is a purely village home, offering exceptional sea and sunset views, defined by its stone construction, low ceilings, and simple charm. Its authenticity and tranquillity make it a wonderful base for exploring the stunning Erimitis coastline (1.5 km away), the famous blue caves at he bottom of the hill, the traditional hamlet of Magazia, or for peaceful walks among the lush olive groves.
Dora comfortably accommodates up to four guests and may be rented individually or together with the neighbouring Thodoros Apartment or Thodoroulis Studio for larger groups or families seeking a shared holiday retreat.
