Located in the charming Bird’s Nest section on the island’s south end, this newly constructed, minimalist-modern home boasts beautiful direct beach and ocean views as well as an elevated saltwater pool. Public access to the creek is a short walk away.

Families will love the single-level living option this raised two-story home provides. All the common areas as well as a screened porch, two bedrooms, two full baths, PLUS the pool are located on the first floor - all accessible via an elevator that transports to the first floor from under the house. Now that’s Easy Living!

Additional features include electric fireplace, large common area TV screen, well equipped kitchen, and oceanfront balcony with private beach boardwalk. The west-facing screened porch comes with swing rope chairs and promises of memorable sunset serenades.

On the top floor are two bedrooms with a king bed, ceiling fan, and water view – one ocean front and one with peek-a-boo of the creek. In between these bedrooms are mirror-image bathrooms with combination walk-in shower/garden tub - one en suite, one in hallway). Two additional bedrooms on the top floor provide a queen bed in one and bunk set in the other.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL: Elevated 200 sq. ft. oceanfront saltwater pool is 4.5 feet deep and heated to 85 degrees between Mar 1 and Nov 31. The automated heating turns off at night and reheats in the morning, typically reaching 85 degrees between 10 am and 1 pm depending on outdoor conditions. Be advised, the pool heater shuts off when outdoor temps reach below 55 degrees.

PARKING: Covered parking under house accommodates two vehicles on right plus a mini car or rental golf cart on left. Private driveway can also park two vehicles.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
