The Space:

Entering from the left side of the home at the top of the external staircase, you immediately encounter a spectacular open plan living/dining space with the largest island we have seen, maybe ever. There is seating for 10 so your extended family can dine together plus additional counter space just adjacent to the main island. A few steps away is the large living room with a sectional sofa seating 8, electric fire place, 65" UHD TV, soaring cathedral ceilings and charming exposed beams. Even more show stopping is the 4 pane retractable sliding glass doors that lead to the huge covered front deck with rocking chair seating to relax away the afternoon and evening in style. There is also a back deck space with back external stairs leading to the backyard oasis. Stepping back inside you will come to a downstairs first bedroom with a full and twin bed, large closet, 55" UHD TV and hallway large bath with fully glassed in shower. Across the hall, there is a mud room with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Next is the primary suite with en suite bath including double vanities, large custom shower, king bed, 55" UHD TV and walk in closet. All beds in the home have plush premium mattresses, giving you peace of mind that you will rest well on your great escape. Stepping upstairs, you come to the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and attached Jack and Jill style bath with double vanities and giant shower with sliding glass door. Connected on the other end of the Jack and Jill is the upstairs Primary bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet and 55" UHD TV. Finally, there is a fabulous kids bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, queens on the bottom and twins on the top on both sets, a fun array of kids books, games and crafts, another large UHD tv and closet for extra storage. And that's just the inside! Down the back stairs leads us to the covered patio with a massive outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, meat chiller drawer, a sink, and plenty of prep space for grilling spectaculars! Steps beyond the kitchen is a smokeless wood fire pit surrounded by rocking chairs, sun loungers and even a hammock. A living room with outdoor fan, 65" outdoor specific tv, a dining table with seating for 8 and full sized ping pong table are also in your fully private fenced backyard. If you get a little too warm after all the grilling, take a dip in the in the 1,600 gallon cocktail pool that will comfortably fit 8. We still haven't even talked about the over the top indoor air conditioned full arcade. Step in with us to experience skeeball, a full sized 2 player arcade with over 300 games, a large poker table with seating for 5, 2 player hockey, 65" UHD tv, full sized refrigerator and bar table if you find the need for a late night snack. There is also a very thoughtful half bath connected to the arcade for those video game benders we all know you will have to pry the kids away from. This house has it all!!



Guest Access:

The whole house, arcade, outdoor kitchen, spa, fire pit and more is yours to enjoy during your private stay. You won't have to leave the house, especially with available grocery delivery and the beach so close by! Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Cayman Loop off Boyle drive is located in one of the poshest private areas of all of the South Strand. You will have several beach access points at the end of Boyle Drive to choose from for all your beach going activities. There is even a foot and bicycle bridge to the beach access at the end of Cayman Loop where it intersects Spinnacle Court. Not to be missed is the Waccamaw Neck Bikeway right behind the home that will take you north into the Huntington Beach State Park or South all the way to Pawleys Island.



Getting Around:

The property is a 10 minute walk, partly by foot path and boardwalk bridge or 3 minute bike ride to the end of Boyle Drive where there are several public beach access points that are almost always 80% empty, making you feel like you have your own private beach! These are some of the quietest and most spectacular beaches on the Hammock Coast! Look up our friends at Cyclopedia right down the road for some fun on 2 wheels! They will deliver bicycles that you can use to ride to the beach, restaurants, Huntington Beach State Park and more on the Waccamaw Neck Bikeway. Other Things to Note:

We provide you will all bed linen supply as well as premium bath and hand towels and wash cloths and paper supplies plus items such as dishwasher and laundry detergent, dish towels, etc. There are also light weight backpack style beach chairs at the home free for you to use.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to all of our great premium experiences that are available to you during your stay. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread, not requiring the download of any apps.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available to assist with any guest questions or needs or to recommend favorite places to dine or even have a chef prepared meal come to you! We will interact as much or as little as you would prefer us to.
