Cambridge 404 Oceanfront Welcome to your ultimate beach vacation home! After walking into this condo, you will say “WOW” when looking at the panoramic view of the ocean. This amazing 3 bedroom (2 are oceanfront), 3 bathroom condo offers 2100 square feet of living space plus a wraparound balcony with 450 square feet. Sliding glass doors along the entire ocean front lead to the covered balcony, furnished with a dining table and rockers. From sunrise with your morning coffee to sunset with your favorite beverages and snacks, you are sure to enjoy the activities of the beach and pool below.

The open living area is comfortably furnished for lounging, with a large wall mounted TV for entertainment. The dining area has an expandable wood dining table with seating for 8 to 12, and a view of the ocean! The kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar, with seating for 3, and is fully equipped with modern appliances, should you decide to prepare delicious recipes and just relax with the view.

Each of the 3 bedrooms, all of which have attached bathrooms, is beautifully furnished and decorated. Two bedrooms are oceanfront and have sliding glass doors that open to the wraparound balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, and master bath has a 6 foot long soaking tub, separate shower, heated toilet set and vanity with 2 sinks. The second oceanfront bedroom has a king- sized bed, made up of 2 extra-long twin sized beds which may be separated if preferred. The attached bathroom has a spacious vanity with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has both queen and twin – sized beds, with an attached bath with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have cable TV, private, wireless internet, ceiling fans and spacious closets.

Guests enjoy the amenities of the Somerset community with 4 pools, hot tubs and ramped beach walkways with outdoor beach showers as well as the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - including tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging paths, fishing lake, and marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
