Note the ground level bedroom has outside access only.

Amenities include: Cable TVs, DVD, Internet, Stereo, Ceiling Fans, Central AC/Heat, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Washer/Dryer. Newly Renovated Floors throughout entire home. Gazebo on Ocean Side, Grilling Area with Picnic Table, Hammock, Lower Sun Deck, Book Library, Enclosed Outside Hot/Cold Showers, Umbrella, Beach Toys & Chairs, and Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

No Smoking and No Pets

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
