On the ground floor, you have direct access to the large eat-in kitchen, a relaxation area with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for two people (upon request), a laundry room, a toilet with a sink, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub (currently being installed), and a hallway with a desk for working remotely. A tack room and access to two stables for your horses are also directly accessible from the cottage.

Outside, there is a private parking space and to the side, a private terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, comfortable garden furniture, a sun lounger, a table, and a barbecue.

Upon request, you can visit the farm and explore the surrounding area via hiking trails starting from the property.

Optional: Stall rental at €15/day/horse, feed included.
