Casa Ria A is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps ten people. From Casa Ria A you will enjoy a nice view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Ria A is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features two private terraces, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Marina San Gregorio, where you will find a restaurant, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Marina di San Gregorio beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
You will reach Casa Ria A walking past a main entrance gate and going up approximately seven stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ria A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace 1
The first terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with a deck chair. From the terrace you will have a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.

Terrace 2
The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine at your disposal. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and of the street below.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bottom LevelBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest. The room has a high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest. The room has a high window.

The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
AnnexPatio
The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it through an external access. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the patio you will have a view of the nearby buildings and of the street below.
Annex, Bottom LevelBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the patio going down ten steps. The floor is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table that can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
