«Overall an excellent new hotel to enjoy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was nicely only a short walk from King Street and French Quarter. Very nice clean and spacious one bedroom. If I had to make minor suggestions, did not like that water spraying, hot, noisy toilet seat and the rooms are a bit dark meaning the walls and trim. Should have went with white instead of dark gray trim. Also, need a business or work area to get some work done, as needed. Just had a small cubby hole. This is ...

«Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. ...

«The hotel is average it looks nice but lacks the basics. For example it requires 3 switches to turn on one light in the bathroom. The TV only has two channels that come in clear and the parking lot lights are mostly non working.if you bring these things to stay staff The only thing they say is they "don't know" The staff are more geared toward supporting locals and rude to guests. For the cost stay elsewhere.»

«Amazing hotel, wonderful people and great hospitality. Everyone made you feel welcome from the second you walked in. Valet parking guy saved my day - he was so friendly. People at check-in were all so helpful and kind. Room was cozy and interior lovely. Bathroom had a great size -loved the shower. «Almost afraid to write how wonderful this hotel is for fear the next time it will be booked up. Location is perfect for site seeing, restaurants and shopping. The room was beautiful, clean and the perfect size. We had a king bed , so comfortable. Plenty of towels and a new bathroom. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Dont miss the complementary sweet tea in the lobby. »
