«Excellent hotel. Many thanks to the manager Mr Balla for keeping everything great»

«I liked the location and the restaurant with the garden. The room was nice but not worth the price.»

«Good experience»

«I had a wonderful time at his boutique hotel. My room had a balcony with a majestic view over the Ganges valley, and that itself was worth it! The hotel is nicely situated and sheltered from the main road. Much more quiet than the other side of the Ganges. I will gladly stay again...»

«Decent experience but not worthy. I paid 6.7k for a room but it didn't look like luxury room.»

«Approaching road to the hotel is very narrow and congested, making difficulties in vehicular movement. »

«Rooms are not that big. They are compact. The bathroom lock was not working or unable to lock. The TV installed was also not working due to its dispaly damage. Breakfast starts at 8 am so u may not be able to have it if you have early plans in the morning. Staff was welcoming and guided us. It is pet friendly. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. Breakfast was also not top notch.»

«Location was perfect and so were the views. The hotel staff was kind and extremely helpful. Food was great at the buffet (Latitude) and average at the A La Carte restaurant. They have limited baby cots and we weren't provided one during our 2 nights' stay. It was our elder kid's birthday and they provided a complimentary cake and decoration, which was nice. The only drawback at staying here is the smell in the washrooms. Sometimes it gets unbearable. Rest everything was great, no complaints.»

«Nothing comes to mind. The stay was pleasant and the room was a good temperature.»

«Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.»

«Staff was helpful, washroom was not clean. Breakfast and food options are great.»
