The person who actually stayed with us under this reservation did enjoy her stay with us and actually booked another night with us after the conclusion of this reservation you booked for her. There was no communications shortfalls on either the part of the hotel or the actual guest staying in the follow-on reservation. We regret that you consider our manager who attempted to communicate clearer what the front desk staff person had attempted prior to her reaching out to a manager for assistance. We will of course share your thoughts withe the manager and hopefully he gets your message of you not being at all pleased with the interaction. All was resolved we are glad that the guest who actually stayed at the hotel returned for a follow-on stay with us and look forward to her return in the future.
