It was a nice stay at Pelletiere Vineyard in Paso Robles and overall it was really comfy and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful & peaceful, as the patio was a great spot to unwind. The accommodations were cozy and had what we needed for a comfortable stay and the fouta towels were a nice touch! We were also accommodated a later checkout so we can visit the winery for tasting reservations. The downside was when we first arrived and had a question about the entrance — the staff member we spoke with wasn’t very welcoming. I understand she was busy, but a little friendliness would have gone a long way. Also it was a bit warm inside and the A/C settings couldn't be changed. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the vineyard setting.

Peaceful Winecountry Retreat

The farmhouse was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views were amazing of the vineyards. The vineyard cats were great company as we enjoyed evenings on the deck looking out on the vines. Truly an enjoyable stay!

A beautiful stay in a beautiful place.

We had a house reserved for our stay in the Paso area and last minute the owner cancelled due to some insurance issues. What we thought was a horrible turn of events actually was a blessing, as a quick search for another house landed us at Janis'. The Farm House on the vineyard is a beautiful home, inviting, warm, comfortable, private and luxurious. The perfect place to unwind in the perfect environment. The wine tasting with Janis was amazing as well. You won't go wrong staying here!!!

Charming week in Paso!

The property is situated on vineyard with postcard sunsets. Such a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend the day. My wife and I look forward to our next visit to Paso Robles and another stay at the Farmhouse!

A Must Stay in the Heart of Paso Wine Country

Stunning farmhouse, quiet, private, endless charm with the most beautiful views in the very heart of Paso wine country. A must stay if you want a true Paso experience on a working winery. Beautifully furnished, spacious with every detail accounted for - and breathtaking views all around. This is our second stay at the property - make sure to stroll the vineyard early morning and as the sun goes down at dusk. The views from the very top of the property are breathtaking. Make sure to book a tasting - the experience was one of the best along with the wines! (Thank you Kristen!) You'll feel at home from the minute you arrive. Thank you for giving us more amazing memories to share.

Fabulous Farmhouse and Winery – Unique and Stunning in Every Way

We had the most wonderful three day stay at this unique and stunning property. The Farmhouse is truly one of our greatest finds - it was absolutely spectacular. We had wonderful days touring the wineries and savoring every second of this beautiful home. The deck was amazing to sit in during the mornings, fabulous décor inside to relax in and stunning in every corner. Cooked great meals on the stove and out on the barbeque – stunning views from literally every window. Janis was the loveliest and Pelletiere wines amazing. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location and Fun For All!

I chose this beautiful property for our celebration of my mom's 80th birthday and it did not disappoint! The location is magnificent: from the vineyards that surround the property to the sunrise and sunsets each day, what a visual treat! Inside the Farmhouse was pure comfort (with the exception of the two metal framed leather arm chairs!) The largest bedroom upstairs was spacious, provided abundant storage for clothes and luggage. The staircase is painted black and the light fixture wasn't working which made navigating up or down the stairs a bit difficult. The two bedrooms on the main level were modest in size and were very comfortable with cozy beds and linens. The bedroom with the daybed does not have any place to store your clothes, a small chest of drawers would be a nice addition. The two bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with essential provisions. I LOVED the old range in the kitchen! We utilized the kitchen everyday for breakfast before we set out to wine taste and we came back each day and prepared wonderful dinners each night. From dining in the spacious dining room or on the deck outside the family room, it was perfect for the four of us. It would have been especially nice to be able to operate the fireplace as we did have rain and the ambience would have been splendid. All in all, we would love to visit this special property again, Janis was so easy to work with and we appreciated her lovely Farmhouse.

Great stay in the heart of wine country

Pretty hard to find a beautiful winery property to yourself. This place is exactly what you’re looking for when coming to Paso. The House is perfect and Janis is a great host. The wines are awesome as well! Highly recommend!

Unique property in a lovely, secluded (but close-in) setting

We absolutely loved the "antique" quality of this carefully renovated and beautiful 110 year old farmhouse! You get classic wine-country history, charming decor, and modern comforts. The front deck was the perfect place to start and end our days, and house itself was very comfortable. We didn't cook any large meals in but we could have. Beautiful views just about everywhere you looked, and a sense of really being in the heart of Paso wine country. Added benefit: we were only about 15 minutes outside of town. Our timing was perfect as the harvest was in progress, so we got to experience the work being done (yes, this is a working winery) to make Pelletiere's excellent estate wines. Make sure to include a visit to their tasting room. I can't imagine a better place to stay and we will be back!

Perfect location!

Staying on a vineyard while visiting Paso Robles cannot be beat. The location was easy driving distance to ocean and vineyards. Farmhouse is just as pictured. The harvest was just beginning so great timing for a visit as you look out upon vines laden with large bunches of grapes from your patios, living and bedrooms. Fun four night getaway!

Perfect Location and Winery

The Location is perfect for a quiet getaway, or just minutes from town for dinning. Close to any winery we want to visit. Comfortable and well decorated surrounded by the vineyard. Plus, you have to do a tasting here! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Property

The Farmhouse is cozy, well appointed, well situated and with beautiful surroundings. It is the perfect place for 4-6 persons, with easy access to highway 46, Vineyard Drive and all the nearby wineries—including Pelletiere, in which property it is located. Highly recommended.

Wine Country Weekend Getaway

This was our second visit to the farmhouse and it did not disappoint again. The vineyard was looking lush and the property was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend in wine country. We also enjoyed a private tasting with great wines and Janis who is a wonderful host.

It was a great space, well designed, conveniently close to wineries including the vineyards in the backyard! Host was most accommodating with small requests including our unexpected late arrival. Would definitely go back so much so I don't know why I'm writing this glowing review for others to book it up, never mind I take it all back - you should avoid this property at all costs ;)

Quintessential wine country accommodation

This charming house couldn't be better appointed, smack dab in a vineyard with spectacular views from every window. Janis is a wonderful proprietor and took care of our every need including giving us a bottle of her Dorothy Jean chardonnay. Because this property is in the country, our afternoon walks were shaded by live oaks and meandered past goats and live stock. A special place indeed! We look forward to coming back.

Another Amazing Stay!

My husband and I came across the Farmhouse while looking for a change of scenery in June 2020, and it exceeded our expectations. It was so special, we wanted to experience it again and share it with our loved ones. We spent a wonderful 4 days/nights in the Farmhouse to celebrate our 10th anniversary and our parents' 55th anniversary. Janis is an amazing host, the winery is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, and the Farmhouse is the perfect mix of cozy and chic. The only issue is that the time always flies by too quickly. We rarely go back to the same place twice (so much to see/do, so little time), but would happily make the Pelletiere Farmhouse an annual treat!

Beautiful vineyard stay

A beautiful farmhouse at a wonderful winery. We particularly enjoyed that it’s on a quiet road, so there’s very little traffic or noise, just birds singing and the sway of oak trees. The views of the surrounding vineyards are just stunning, and the gardens surrounding the house are really beautiful and well kept. We were transported to Italy! The house is very comfortable, with everything you need. The bedrooms are on separate floors and have their own bathrooms so nice privacy for 2 couples. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property but listing missing key details

Property & house is beautiful - well situated and close to wineries. Host is on site during day and responsive to questions/ issues as needed. In addition, there are important details would recommend be added to the listing: 1) Water is not drinkable - guests need to bring their own bottled water. 2) The house is parallel to the tasting room & directly next to an additional rental house. House & deck are not exactly private. 3) Washer / Dryer not located in house 4) BBQ is part of the tasting room patio / not directly situated at house 5) The stove / electrical / and plumbing is old (antique home) and you should be very careful when using

Great stay!

Great overall experience with lovely views of the vineyard, especially at sunset. The house has a lot of old school charm but is well appointed with updates where needed. Janet was a great host and due to COVID, we did our sole wine tasting of the weekend with her and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend away. I don't know if it is due to the location, but the wifi isn't particularly strong and there is no video streaming (e.g. Netflix) so if you need more than cable TV, you may need to bring a movie or two or bring other things to occupy your time in the evenings.
